Health Insurance All international students enrolled at the University of Toronto are required to have health insurance to cover health care services and medical expenses.
Students enrolled in an undergraduate program are required to purchase a health insurance plan established by the University of Toronto. The plan is purchased on an annual basis, with the latest date of purchase no later than September 1. The premium for 2007-08 was $684.

Residential Accommodation: On-campus accommodation during the school period.
Student accommodation is non-smoking, furnished and wired, in townhouse or apartment-style student accommodation. 95% of the dwellings are single rooms. First-year students are not allowed to share an apartment unit with students of the opposite sex.
Students have the option to purchase a meal card. If a first-year student applies for accommodation on time, we guarantee accommodation. Accommodation fees (8 months) for the 2009-2010 academic year range from $4,337 to $5,847.
