We recommend that you try this by following these steps:
When the device is fully charged, press and hold the [Power Button] and [Volume +] buttons for 10 seconds with the device off (off).
After entering recovery mode, move the cursor with [Volume+], Volume-] (see figure below).
Select backup and restore > yes; backup > yes ;backup to sd > yes [home] confirmation.
Back up your phone data to SD Card, then unplug SD Card
Operate 2-wipes again
Select Wipe Data Factory Reset > yes, home] to confirm.
Select wipe cache partition > yes , home] to confirm.
Select reboot system now > yes , home] to confirm.
After doing so, restart and you're done.
If the problem is not resolved after 2-wipes, it is recommended to flash the official ROM of Odin to repair the system.
