Late delivery: If the delivery is overdue without the permission of Party A, Party B will deduct 5% of the total payment for overdue products for one day of overdue delivery; If Party B fails to deliver the goods within 10 days after the deadline, Party A may refuse to accept it and has the right to terminate the contract. and require Party B to pay liquidated damages at twice the amount of the advance payment.
Late pick-up: If Party A postpones the request, Party B will charge a storage fee of 1% of the amount of the postponed goods. If Party A suspends the delivery for more than 15 days, Party B shall agree to repeat it in writing in advance.
Article 6 Party A's Responsibilities.
1. After Party A approves the clothing style and fabric, it shall not be changed without authorization during the effective and execution of the contract.
2. Pay on time according to the payment date of this contract.
3. Timely inspection, Party A should complete the inspection within 10 days of receiving the goods.
Article 7 Party B's Responsibilities.
1. Party B shall ensure the quality of the products, and Party B shall be responsible for replacing or returning the products with quality problems.
2. Deliver on time according to the delivery date of this contract.
Article 8 The validity period of this contract shall take effect from the date of signing and shall end on the date of settlement of all payments.
Article 9 This contract shall come into force after being signed and sealed by both parties. If one of the parties wishes to terminate the contract within the validity period. This contract shall be executed in duplicate, one for each party.
