1. Initial certification.

2. After receiving the full certification fee from the enterprise, the certification body shall issue a notice to the enterprise to form an on-site inspection team, and formally report the composition of the inspection team and the inspection plan to the enterprise for confirmation one week before the on-site inspection.

3. The on-site inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001:2008 standard, and the enterprise shall be notified of the date and time of the audit before the audit. During the audit, the audit team holds the first meeting and the last meeting.

4. The audit team writes an audit report according to the application materials and on-site inspection of the enterprise, and submits it to the technical committee for review.

5. After receiving the review opinions of the technical committee, the certification center shall summarize the review opinions and report to the general manager of the certification center for approval.

6. The certification center issues ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification to qualified enterprises, and organizes announcements and publicity.

7. If the certified enterprise needs to be identified, it can order from the certification center; If there are special printing requirements, an application should be made to the certification center and recorded.

8. Annual supervision and audit once a year.

2. Annual supervision and inspection.

1. According to the issuance time of the enterprise certification certificate, the certification center formulates an annual inspection plan and issues an annual inspection notice to the enterprise in advance. The enterprise shall pay the annual supervision and management fee according to the requirements of the contract, and the certification center shall form an inspection team to conduct on-site inspection work in the enterprise.

2. During the on-site inspection, the inspection team is responsible for sampling and sealing the products applying for certification for the products that need to be inspected, and sending them to the designated inspection agency for inspection.

3. The inspection team writes a comprehensive evaluation report according to the enterprise materials, inspection report and product inspection report, and submits it to the general manager of the certification center for approval.

4. Annual supervision and inspection once a year.

3. Re-evaluation and certification.

Enterprises that expire in 3 years should re-fill the "ISO9001 certification application form" and submit it to the certification center together with the relevant materials. The rest of the certification process is the same as the initial certification.
