Method: 1. Clear the paper jam from the paper tray area.

If you can't move the paper easily, don't force it. If the paper is attached to the tray, try removing it through the upper part of the tray or from the top cover area.

2. Clear the jammed paper from the top cover area.

Open the top cover and remove the print cartridge. 3. Clear the jammed paper from the output area.

Push the two grey bolts to release the rear gate; Push down on the green paper to release the handle; Grasp both sides of the paper and slowly pull the paper out of the printer.
