It is suitable for the organization and training of secondary vocational schools. This type of personnel is in high demand in the market and is suitable as a CNC machine tool operator in the workshop. However, due to its relatively simple knowledge, its salary will not be much higher.

2. Gray collar layer: 1) CNC programmer: master CNC machining process knowledge and operation of CNC machine tools, master the design and manufacturing expertise of complex molds, and be proficient in 3D CAD CAM software, such as UC, PROE, etc.; Proficient in CNC manual and automatic programming technology; It is suitable for the organization and training of higher vocational and undergraduate schools.

The demand for such personnel is relatively small, but it is not easy to train such personnel, the knowledge structure is very wide, the ability to adapt to the work related to numerical control is strong, and the accumulation of a lot of practical experience is required.

At present, China's skilled talent team is in a state of shortage, CNC talents, as an important member of the skilled talent team, there are also problems such as talent shortage and "labor shortage".

In the current employment situation, the machinery industry and CNC major is a major worth considering, after all, learning a technology can be relied on in the society in the future. Economic development, changes in the economic situation, and changes in people's ideological concepts ......These all indicate that the future CNC major will not only not become more and more bleak, but will become more and more popular.

Of course, this does not mean that all CNC talents will be treated higher in the future. At present, China's first-line CNC talents are mainly in two aspects: one is the graduates of universities, higher vocational and secondary vocational mechatronics or CNC technology applications, etc., these graduates have strong theoretical knowledge, but lack of hands-on experience; The second is the most advanced CNC talents trained by the enterprise itself, these talents have strong hands-on experience and process background, but the theoretical knowledge is weak, and they do not understand the computer application technology and CNC system.

These two kinds of talents can not fully meet the requirements of enterprises for compound CNC talents.

Even if the prospect is good, CNC talents still need to accumulate their own practical experience, enhance their hands-on ability, and learn comprehensive theoretical knowledge of CNC operation, programming, maintenance and repair.
