3. Motherboard problems. Solution: Unplug the power supply, remove the motherboard battery, and jump the CMOS jumper to"colse"position, hold for more than five minutes, install the battery, and resume the jumper.

That's it. Or use a paper clip to turn on the positive and negative electrodes of the CMOS on the motherboard for more than five minutes, and it will be OK.

4. There is a problem with the monitor and VGA cable. Solution: Test and judge on another machine. Reconnect, tighten the VGA plug.

According to the narrative, it is more likely that the display will have problems with the VGA connection, memory sticks, or loose graphics cards.

Suggestion: Check in the order of memory first, then graphics card, then motherboard and monitor, it will be more efficient to find the problem.

Repeated, short ring: There is a problem with the power supply.

No sound and no display: There may be a problem with the power supply. Are you sure it's not a system issue.
