1. Obtain a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 6 years, including 4 years in construction management of construction projects.

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and work for 4 years, including 3 years in construction management of construction projects.

3. Obtain a double bachelor's degree or graduate degree in engineering or engineering economics, and work for 3 years, including 2 years in construction management of construction projects.

4. Obtain a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and work for 2 years, including 1 year in construction management of construction projects.

5. Obtain a doctorate degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 1 year.

2) Those who meet the registration conditions of the above (a), before December 31, 2003, obtained the "construction enterprise first-class project manager qualification certificate" issued by the former Ministry of Construction, and meet one of the following conditions, can be exempted from the "construction engineering economy" and "construction project management" two subjects, only to participate in the "construction engineering regulations and related knowledge" and "professional engineering management and practice" two subjects of the examination:

1. Employed as a senior professional and technical position in engineering or engineering economy.

2. Have a college degree or above in engineering or engineering economics and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for more than 20 years.

3) Personnel who have obtained the first-class construction engineer qualification certificate can also choose the corresponding major of the subject of "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" according to the actual work needs and sign up"The corresponding professional examination of the first-class constructor"Candidates must provide relevant materials such as qualification certificates before they can apply for the exam.
