2) Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

1) Check the steering gear, steering pump control valve, oil cup filter, steering oil, and clean the entire power steering system.

2) If the pump is dirty, be sure to clean the inside and outside of the booster pump and the oil pipe (cotton gauze or other multi-fiber cloth should not be used, clean with a clean brush), and exhaust air to the steering system according to the regulations.

3) Inflate the tires according to the regulations and adjust the performance of the engine.

5) Adjust the tension of the belt and tighten the connecting screws of each part according to the regulations.

6) Check the connection parts of the tubing and tighten the connecting bolts.

7) Replace the oil line, power steering pump, or power steering gear.

3. The bearing fit is too tight.
