After reading:
Recently, I read the book "Mentality", which made me completely realize the true meaning of the sentence "There is nothing difficult in the world, only afraid of people with hearts": tell us whether you are a person with a heart whether you are a person with a heart whether you are the result of a person with a heart - people with a heart can create miracles, and people without a heart can only accept the ordinary.
When you read this book, you will find that Fred in the story really has no great achievements, no earth-shattering stories, it is just full of enthusiasm and dedication to do his part. And it is precisely this passion and dedication that we need to learn. The truth is that only when you are passionate about what you do will you be innovative and outstanding.
To have such enthusiasm, you must first adjust your mentality, and I like these sentences in the book:
The trick to happiness and success in life is to focus on what you can give, not what you get.
To do a good deed, not out of necessity, but because it is a good deed.
Providing services is not a responsibility, but an opportunity.
If you do the right thing and think that the act itself is a sufficient reward, then you will find satisfaction whether or not you win the approval of others.
Only by doing our best to what we do, taking into account every detail in life and work, can every customer, friend, family, etc. feel that you are very attentive to doing things, so that your satisfaction is self-evident.
In short, "mindset is everything". Comrades, let's put on the wings of our hearts and fly together!

Reading this story in the book, I felt my heart shaken:
There was once a middle school student who could not control his emotions, often quarreled with his classmates, and even argued with the teacher, but the teacher did not get angry, but took out the dictionary to explain to him word by word, and gave a large number of examples, although the middle school student did not say it, but in his heart he was already convinced. Since then, he has a sense of self-control, often reminds himself, takes the initiative to regulate his emotions, and consciously pays attention to his words and deeds. He has a healthy mindset in this subtle way.
Probably most people will feel troubled, depressed, lost, and even painful one after another, which is very unfair to themselves. But I think that joy, anger, sadness, and happiness are human nature, and it is almost impossible to want your life to be free of a little trouble, the key is how to adjust and control your emotions, so that the master of life is you, and let you be the master of your emotions.
While most people understand this, some people are reluctant to deal with specific problems and say, "It's so hard to control your emotions!" The implication is that:
I can't control my emotions. Don't underestimate these self-denial words, this is a serious bad suggestion, he can really destroy your will, lose your determination to overcome yourself, and some people are used to complaining about life, they say, "No one is more unlucky than me, life is so unfair to me."
They find a moment of comfort and relief in the midst of their complaints, and some even say, "Life is to blame for this problem, not me." "The result of these people is that they lose their own responsibilities in the five forms, and they neglect their responsibilities to dominate life.
So we need to change the adversity we have in our lives'attitude, and say firmly to yourself in an open tone: "I will definitely be able to get out of the emotional trough, let me try it now!" By adjusting your mindset in this way, your autonomy will be activated, and if you go along it, you will be in a new world, and you will slowly and unconsciously become the master of your emotions.
Adjust your mindset! Use our most positive thinking, the most optimistic spirit and the most brilliant experience to dominate and control our own life! Remember:
Success is achieved by those who have a positive mindset and act on it. There are two different mentalities for the same thing, and the result is the opposite, and the mentality determines the fate of the person!! Remind yourself, mentality, good.

Recently, I listened to the book "Mentality" and had a lot of insights.
The author of the book (Gottfrison) says that for him, learning to run was a significant reversal of mindset.
He is a lover of running, he feels that running does not need to be learned, and he can run very fast. As a result, one day, while running, he suddenly found that his knee was not working.
He thought it was strange and ran to ask the expert, who said, "You are not running in the right position."
Through this incident, he found that a person will not realize that he has a problem if he does not know anything about himself.
So, in your daily life, do you have a situation where you don't realize that you have a problem?
This is mindset: mindset is a filter of our mental energy, we need to make many choices every day, and more than 90% of decisions are not brainstorming.
The book says that someone has counted a particularly interesting statistic: how many decisions a person has to make in a day. Think about how many decisions you have to make in a day? Someone said ten? Twenty? A hundred?
Don't be funny, you have to make more than 30,000 decisions a day! From the moment you wake up in the morning, you start to make a choice: wash your face first, brush your teeth first, or eat breakfast first? Which brand of toothpaste to use?
You make choices all day long until you go to bed. Of the more than 30,000 choices, more than 90% of the choices you choose are unaware of them.
And what are these unconscious choices "filtered"? Or rather, how did you make these choices? That's where our bottom, cornerstone mentality comes into play.
I was surprised to hear this case, so many decisions are 90% unconscious. You can see how much influence mentality has.
So mindset determines most of the things in our daily lives.
There is a diagram in the book that has a great impact on my allocation, called the Pyramid of Mentality.
We can see that we are faced with three layers of questions every day, and the lowest and most heavy part is called mentality.
The middle part is called thinking, learning, and acting, and it's our cognition.
At the top of the pyramid is success in life, work, and leadership, and that is what you do at the top.
I think there is another saying that is particularly good: "The solution to the problem is always outside the problem".
Why? Within the problem are the upper two layers, which are the problems that we can see with the naked eye. We felt that as long as we solved this matter, it would be good for sure.
There is another point that has a great impact on me, and the author divides it into four mentalities.
The first is a growth mindset and a fixed mindset, which is similar to the fixed mindset and growth mindset mentioned in "Lifelong Growth".
And the most fundamental mentality is the first point mentioned in "Nonviolent Communication": appeals.
Therefore, all the books are basically interconnected, and the biggest gain from listening to books recently is: I have learned to penetrate.
