The first sentence: the past is unattainable, the present is unattainable, and the future is unattainable.

If you can understand this sentence in the Diamond Sutra, will you still care too much about gains and losses?

The Diamond Sutra says that the past has passed, the present is about to pass, and we will never be able to reach the future, so we have always lived before the past and the future, and the past and the future are beyond our grasp.

When you read this article, when you see every word in the article, those words are a thing of the past, and we can't hold on to them for even a second. This is true of anything we have experienced, and we have not had it for a second, nor have we lost it.

People who often suffer from gains and losses, it is precisely because they want to get and are afraid of losing, so they will have a lot of troubles, if we understand the truth that the three hearts cannot be obtained, we will no longer suffer from gains and losses.

Because no matter how hard you try to get or what you want to keep, you can't achieve it, because everything is like a dream, and when you wake up from a dream, everything is gone, and since we can't keep it, it means that we never had it, and since you never got it, why should you be afraid of losing?

The second sentence: Those who are called Dharma are not Dharma.

The so-called Dharma is just a name, and everything that is done is not everything, it is just a name. We need to know that everything we see and feel is just a name, and if we cling to it, it will cause us trouble.

Everything we see today will become something else tomorrow, and when we die, our bodies will decompose and continue to be combined into other things, so stop clinging to what you think you have at the moment, because these are things that you can't keep.

The frog sitting at the bottom of the well can see a limited amount of sky, while a person walking on the road can still see a limited amount of sky. If we can learn to experience the world with our hearts, and expand the time and space, we will find that we are small, and we will not stare at those trivial things every day, and let ourselves be troubled.

When we see some people fighting for a little profit, we don't know that the wise Buddha has already seen the distant future, and has already given up what ordinary people think is a treasure that is delayed, but is actually poison.

When you are attached to the immediate interests, your heart is only the size of a tiny dust, when you let go of attachment, do not care about gains and losses, and break the troubles of ignorance, your heart will be as big as the universe and can contain everything.
