I think even if I go back, it's just my soul going back, so what about your current body? Completely destroy (die) or keep the body for later return (turn into a vegetative state)? I think either way will be a heavy blow to your loved ones, even if you can go back to the past in 10,000 steps, then the disappearance of this society will also make your current family miserable.

I heard people say that even if you go back to the past, you can't change history, because the history you changed will exist in a parallel world instead of changing our current world, do you know what I mean? There is also the possibility that no matter what you do, those predetermined results will appear in a different way in another form without any change. If so, what's the point of going back?

Or you can change the history of the present, but how do you know what kind of trajectory your changed history will follow after the butterfly effect? Is it definitely going in a good direction? If not, you're going to travel back in time again??

I believe that our world is not a fairy tale**, think about it carefully, sometimes the feelings of the people around you are stronger than your own feelings, don't be naïve to think that you will become a savior when you go back to the past, in fact, you are still an ordinary ordinary person, but you have more knowledge than others, this is not enough to save everyone, the power of the butterfly effect is really not to be underestimated! Hehe......

Can't go back. Except for the 10% of the so-called superstitious places in heaven and hell, the other 90% of Buddhism can be seamlessly connected with natural science and communism based on natural science.

What you should learn is the 90% great wisdom of life in Buddhism, and as for going back in time, it is impossible.

There is no Buddha in the world, you don't become a Buddha, there is no Buddha in the world.

The Diamond Sutra says very clearly: All appearances are false, how many people can understand them?

If everything is false, it means that everything around you is false.

All sentient and unforgiving beings, including your own reality, are all false, and only your feelings for the true Buddha to cross sentient beings in future lives are also false.

The Buddha and the Dharma are all realized by yourself, and the cause and effect arise when the cause is ripe, and you plant that cause and this effect appears, but it is really empty.

All laws are empty, and cause and effect are not empty.

When you have a discriminating mind, and when you have a self mind, you will be opposed to each other, and you will be one with him, and it will be one, and you will separate it.

Could it be that the parents who live next to you are also illusory, and you realized it?

Yes, everything is empty, but your feelings are not empty, your feelings are real, and only this one is real. But we can't just kill and destroy. Everything has cause and effectThe sentient beings around you, including your parents, strangers, animals, values, minerals, karma mature, in a certain life, you become him, he may become the current you, although all appearances are vain, but also be kind to all sentient beings, because you are kind to the past or future you, these are all you, you just did not become him, only because cause and effect are not ripe, this is also called one is everything, everything is one!

Everything is your own, you can also say that there is no past or future, but the cause and effect are ripe, you can go back to the past, you can plant the cause of the past, when you mature, you will naturally go back to any time, any place, as long as you plant the cause, you can also go back to the time when the teacher was alive and preached the Dharma, but if you want to plant the cause or maybe a certain lifetime, you are the Buddha Shakyamuni!

All laws are created by the heart, and all of this is realized by you anyway.

So what about becoming a Buddha, is there nothing, is everything empty?

It's a big mistake, after becoming a Buddha, you will figure out all this, figure it out and break it and then cling to this cause, that is, the root, and you will never be deluded again, but it is not the absence of phases, but the ten thousand phases, the boundless and traceless phases, and you will never be deluded again and call the phase, there will be no more troubles, there will be no more suffering, there will be no suffering, and the root will be removed!

My understanding is that Buddhism is a game of wisdom rather than time travel, and depending on the level of practice of Buddhism, it is possible for us to feel or recognize the causes and conditions of the past, but we are only aware of them, and it is impossible to change them, otherwise there would be no current you and me. The Dharma of Dependent Origination, which refers to knowing the cause and then knowing the effect, shows that our purpose is to understand the present and speculate on the future by knowing the past, and that past lives cannot be repeated or changed.

As for the image of the Buddha, in fact, the Buddha is only an incarnation in the realm of consciousness, speaking of the enlightened one, talking about the formless and formless Dharmakaya. All appearances are false, and when you see things that are not in appearance, you see them as they are.

If you have to be limited to a certain image, as far as the body is concerned, the same Buddha may have different image feelings of fatness, thinness, beauty and ugliness in everyone's eyes; In the case of the supposed avatar, it can be an infinite image. Therefore, each Buddha name actually speaks of the word "Buddha"; A Buddha's name refers to an infinite number of transformations. One is everything, everything is one, and there is no need to be tight.

So what is the significance of these differences? It's just to adapt to different beings, different regions, and even different time and space. In fact, it is just a symbol, just like the various Buddha statues and Bodhisattva statues in the temple, each with its own metaphor.

Is Hell Empty? Not necessarily. The world is boundless, and all living beings are boundless, and as long as sentient beings are not completely liberated, there will be no time for the six realms to be empty.

Suppose all sentient beings are liberated and samsara ceases to exist (because there is no meaning of the six realms), then there will be no you and me, everyone will be Buddhas, and there will be no form.

Can you go back in time? I think it's not difficult for the true Mind Tribulation to be in harmony like this, such as the Ten Xuanmen of Huayan and the One Reality of the Lotus Flower, all of which have attained great attainments. For example, when the wise master read the Lotus and entered the determination, the Lotus Club in Vulture Mountain seemed to have not dispersed.

But I don't recommend that you think about going back in time and changing history, because it confuses the concept.

The Buddhas of the three worlds are the same Dharmakaya, and of course they will appear different in terms of dependent origination, but if you want to say the real essential difference, or that you are still you after you become a Buddha, and I am still me after I become a Buddha? This is not quite the case. Tiantai always said in his heart

It is as true as the pseudonym of the Buddha in the realm. There is no self or other form in equality and wisdom.

These two sentences, the latter two problems, can be solved, of course, you have to really understand.

We should keep the Buddha in our hearts, believe in our Buddha for the sake of cultivating our mind, and all other things are training, not seeking Buddha outside the body. Seeking Buddha for the sake of external objects is a demon in itself, and this is a demon in the mind. And the Buddha who is asked for this must not be a true Buddha, because the true Buddha cultivates the mind, so this Buddha is a Buddha demon.

This is to seek the Buddha outside the heart, and the Buddha in the heart is all demons. I am a Hongchen person, a student, this is just my opinion, there are three thousand Dharma, different paths to the same end, and there is a fate to see you again.

    To seek the heart is to seek oneself;

To seek the Buddha is to ask for others.

  12. Anonymous users2024-02-02

'I originally sought the heart but not the Buddha, but I knew that there was nothing in the Three Realms, and if I wanted to seek the Buddha but the heart, only this heart and mind were Buddhas. ’

Bodhidharma Patriarch Yun: 'I only seek the heart, not the Buddha. 'There are Ganges sand Buddhas in the east, and there are Ganges sand Buddhas in the south, northwest, and four dimensions.

Knowing that the Three Realms are empty, the Three Realms are created by idealism, and the Three Realms are empty when the mind is clear, and the ancients said: 'There is no other way in the Three Realms, only one mind, if people know the heart, the earth has no land. Therefore, the Three Realms of Idealism is not that there are three worlds outside the mind, we live in these three worlds, and it is completely manifested and created by the mind, so the ancestor knows that the Three Realms are empty.

If you want to seek a Buddha but seek a heart, only this heart is a Buddha. If you want to become a Buddha, you must know your mind, and the Buddha is made by the mind, not the Buddha as the Buddha, but the heart as the Buddha, so the Pure Land Sutra says: 'The heart is the Buddha, and the heart is the Buddha.

Patriarch Bodhidharma taught us to know the mind, that is, the mind is a Buddha.

Seeking the Buddha --- sincerity is the spirit, and the heart is clear and everything is clear.

  16. Anonymous users2024-01-29

The word "risk" should be "evil"! We have evil hearts and wrong hearts, and we see that Buddhas are also sentient beings. Our minds are equal, there is no difference, and we see that all living beings are Buddhas!

We don't have sincerity, equanimity, purity, compassion, enlightenment, so why don't we go to the Buddha to find a Buddha? (Note: Buddha is sincere, pure, equal, enlightened, compassionate).

The correct one should be what the "Six Ancestors Altar Sutra" says:"The saint seeks the heart but not the Buddha, and the fool seeks the Buddha but does not seek the heart.

Meaning: the name of the Buddha is also, the heart is real, the Buddha is the name of the heart, and the heart is the reality of the Buddha. Or the mind is self-natured, and the Buddhas are also Buddhas. Asking for the Buddhas is just to hear more, and asking for one's own heart to show the truth.

To seek the heart is to seek oneself; To seek the Buddha is to ask for others. That is, it is better to seek others than to seek oneself....

  39. Anonymous users2024-01-06

This statement is not true! Let's not talk about its meaning, just from the literal understanding is wrong, the original sentence is that the saint seeks the heart and does not seek the Buddha, and the fool seeks the Buddha without the heart!

Some people's thoughts will reach a certain level, that is what they are pursuing is the idea of their heart, and they can solve any problems themselves, without asking God.

The fool's mind is mediocre, and he will only ask God to ask the Buddha when he encounters problems, but he will not reflect on his own mistakes.

Don't let your heart be delusional and clinging; Just want to be as pure as the Buddha's heart. Don't just seek the upside down and shallow understanding of your own mind; It is necessary to 'seek' to communicate with the Buddha's heart and induce Taoism; The Buddha's heart corresponds.
