Production and packaging precautions:

1. Application The applicant shall apply to the comprehensive service window of the Municipal Administrative Service Center and submit the application materials.

2. Acceptance: The acceptance personnel will verify the application materials and make an acceptance decision on the spot. If the applicant meets the application qualifications, and the materials are complete, the format is standardized, and the legal form is conformed, it will be accepted and a "Receipt of Acceptance" will be issued; If the applicant does not meet the application qualifications or the materials are incomplete or do not conform to the statutory form, the receiving personnel will not accept the application and issue a Notice of Inadmissibility. If the applicant's materials do not meet the requirements but can be corrected on the spot, they shall be returned for correction on the spot and accepted.

3. Review and cooperate.

In addition to the administrative licensing decision can be made on the spot, the local food and drug supervision and administration department at or above the county level shall make a decision on whether to approve the administrative license within 4 working days from the date of acceptance of the application. Where it is necessary to extend the time limit for special reasons, it may be extended by 10 working days with the approval of the responsible person for that administrative organ, and the applicant shall be informed of the reasons for the extension. On-site inspections shall be conducted by inspectors who meet the requirements.

The number of inspectors shall not be less than two.

4. Obtain the processing results.

The applicant shall go to the evidence collection window of the Municipal Administrative Service Center to obtain the "Food Production License" or the "Decision of Disapproval" in the agreed manner.

5. Supervise and inspect cooperation.

The review methods of this administrative licensing include written review and on-site evaluation. The applicant shall make relevant preparations for written review and on-site evaluation in accordance with the Notice of Deadline for Administrative Licensing Hearing (Inspection, Testing, Appraisal, and Expert Review) issued by the implementing authority.

The process of handling the food packaging production license is as follows:

1. Application report for food production and business license;

2. Application for health license of the municipal health bureau to which the enterprise belongs;

3. The name of the applicant enterprise refers to the copy of the notice of approval of Tongxian;

4. Apply for the list of organizational structure of enterprise health management;

5. Apply for the health management system of various places to which the enterprise belongs;

6. List of main equipment for food production of the applicant enterprise;

7. To apply for four drawings and layout drawings of enterprise construction projects, blueprints or computer printouts need to indicate the size, surface base and name of the business unit.

8. Apply for the health certificate and health knowledge training certificate of enterprise employees.
