1. Fill in the travel registration form, the content should be true and accurate, the travel ticket is only for personal use, if it is transferred to others, it should be changed before departure.

2. Tourists must bring their valid ID cards. Couples are required to bring a marriage certificate.

3. Minors and the elderly and infirm must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour. Hold the baby in your arms.

We will not accept you. Children with children under the meter will pay 15% of the service charge of the tourist ticket, and the transportation and accommodation expenses incurred shall be borne by themselves.

4. Meals during the tour are at your own expense.

5. In case of irresistible factors, the travel agency may change or cancel the tour according to the situation.

The part of the original cost shall be borne by the tourist, and the part of the expenditure will be reduced and refunded to the tourist.

6. If a tourist applies for a refund for any reason, the travel agency may handle it according to the following circumstances. Departure 72

10% of the original fare will be charged before the hour; Within 72 hours and 48 hours before, a refund fee of 20% of the original fare will be charged; Within 48 hours and 24 hours before, the original ticket will be collected.

30% refund fee; Tickets are non-refundable within 24 hours. Tourists missed the trip and did not make the trip.

The tourist ticket is invalid and non-refundable.

7. During the tour, the travel agency shall not increase the fee; If there are special requirements, the travel agency may consider the situation.

Handle, according to the actual charge, issue invoices.

8. If the travel agency cancels the tour for any reason, it shall notify the tourist 48 hours before departure;

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours and 24 hours before, the tourist shall be compensated at 10% of the ticket price; 24

If the cancellation is made within the hour, 15% of the original fare shall be compensated.

9. Travel agencies must clearly mark the price, and all routes of scenic spots, transportation, and accommodation.

The standards are all marked in the form of one line and one order. Group travel must be signed.

Letter of Entrustment or Agreement. If the travel agency is unable to carry out the original project during the tour for any reason, it shall refund the fee charged by the project.

10. Advocate civilized tours and pay attention to safety. Travel agencies are required to insure travelers for travel flats.

Safety insurance, personal accidents during travel will be handled according to the terms of the insurance.

Ten. 1. Tourists should take good care of their belongings, and travel agencies should carry them with them.

We will not be liable for any damage or loss of your belongings.

Ten. 2. This notice has been submitted to the Shanghai Tourism Administration for approval with effect from April 1, 1994.

Effective from the beginning.

In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and tour operators, deal with tourism complaints in a timely and fair manner, and maintain the reputation of the national travel instructions, these regulations are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Article 2 tourism complaints in these regulations refers to tourists, overseas travel agents, domestic tour operators in order to safeguard their own and others' legitimate rights and interests of tourism, to damage their legitimate rights and interests of tour operators and relevant service units, in written or oral form to the tourism administrative departments to file complaints, request to deal with the behavior.

Legal basis: Paragraph 1 of Article 67 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China affects the travel itinerary due to force majeure or events that cannot be avoided by the travel agency or the performance of the auxiliary person who has performed reasonable care obligations, and the following circumstances shall be dealt with: (1) If the contract cannot be continued to be performed, the travel agency and the tourist may terminate the contract.

If the contract cannot be fully performed, the travel agency may change the contract within a reasonable range after explaining to the tourist;If the tourist does not agree to the change, the contract can be terminated.
