Article 21 If a passenger fails to complete part or all of the flight within the validity period of the ticket due to reasons attributable to the carrier or the passenger, he/she may request a refund within the validity period of the ticket. If a passenger requests a refund, he/she shall present the "Flight Coupon" or "Passenger Coupon" of the ticket or the unused portion of the ticket. 5) Passengers holding open tickets who request a refund shall go through the refund procedures at the original place of purchase within the validity period of the ticket. (6) If the passenger automatically terminates his/her travel at the stopping place of the flight, the fare for the unused segments of the flight shall not be refunded.

Article 23 In the event of flight cancellation, advance, delay, change of itinerary or failure of the carrier to provide the original seat, the passenger shall refund the full fare at the departure station and the full fare for the unused flight segment at the stopping place, and no refund fee shall be charged.

Article 24 If a passenger requests a refund due to illness, he/she shall provide a certificate from the medical unit, and the full fare shall be refunded at the place of departure and the entire fare for the unused segment at the stopping place, and no refund fee shall be charged.
