    First Class Constructor:

    1. Obtain a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 6 years, including 4 years in construction management of construction projects.

    2. Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and work for 4 years, including 3 years in construction management of construction projects.

    3. Obtain a double bachelor's degree or graduate degree in engineering or engineering economics, and work for 3 years, including 2 years in construction management of construction projects.

    4. Obtain a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and work for 2 years, including 1 year in construction management of construction projects.

    5. Obtain a doctorate degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 1 year.
