If the transfer contract involves the purchase and sale amount, the purchase of the house needs to remit the amount agreed in the contract to the other party's account, and at the same time provide a valid identity certificate; 3. After the seller verifies the remittance and identity certificate, both parties sign the transfer application; 4. The seller delivers the original trademark registration to the buyer; 5. 3. How long does it take for a trademark to change its address?

In general, it takes about 6-10 months for a trademark change. The specific process is as follows: 1. The Trademark Office shall issue the Certificate of Approval of Change of Registered Trademark within 15 days after receiving the application for change.

2. Six to eight months from the date of establishment of the application, you can receive the change of the "Certificate of Approval of Alteration of Registered Trademark". This certificate must be used together with the original Trademark Registration Certificate. 3. The date marked on the Certificate of Approval of Change of Registered Trademark is the effective date of the change of registration, and it can be used after receiving the Certificate of Approval of Change of Registered Trademark.
