However, it has also been suggested that the use of chlormequat may not be necessary for the cultivation of succulents. In addition to the fact that chlormequat may be used in mass-produced greenhouses, there is no need for mequat for home-grown succulents. Because if the dosage is not well controlled, mequat will inhibit the growth of succulents.

3. Late flowering or no flowering. If paclobutrazol is used on chrysanthemums, the concentration can delay the flowering period by about a week, and the leaves will shrink, and it is difficult to form flower buds in severe cases, so as not to bloom.
