Wuyangcheng refers to Guangzhou.
Guangzhou is also known as Huacheng, Guancheng, Suicheng, Wuyangcheng, Xiancheng, Shiyangcheng, Yangshicheng, Xianyangcheng.
Guangzhou is also known as Yangcheng and Suicheng. Legend has it that at the foot of Yuexiu Mountain, where the sea and sky are vast, there are five immortals dressed in colorful clothes, holding ears of rice, and riding five-colored sheep to float to pray for the people's peace and tranquility.
There is a five-immortal temple in the slope mountain of Huifu West Road, Guangzhou City, the Northern Song Dynasty was built in Shixianfang, that is, in front of the Beijing Road Finance Hall today, it is said that this place is the place where the five immortals ride sheep and land. Later, it moved to West Lake Yaozhou, and moved to the present site in the Ming Dynasty. There are original statues of five immortals and five sheep in the view, which are worshiped as "cereal gods" by local residents.
The existing hall and the mountain gate are one each, there is a pair of stone carving unicorns of the Ming Dynasty in front of the door, and the main hall is one of the few existing wooden buildings of the Ming Dynasty in Guangzhou. There is a native rock on the left side of the main hall, and there is a footprint-like pit on it, commonly known as "immortal thumb traces", and it is said that this is the immortal footprint. Therefore, this place is also called "Spike Stone Cave".
"Suishi Cave Heaven" was also listed as one of the "Eight Views of Yangcheng" in the Ming Dynasty. There is a folk legend about the nickname of Guangzhou and the Five Immortals. During the reign of King Yi of Zhou, there was a drought in Guangzhou, and there was no harvest for thousands of miles of red land, but the government still demanded rent and grain.
At the foot of Po Mountain, a father and son who depended on each other had no food to pay, so the official family arrested the old father. The son was less than sixteen at the time, and he was helpless, crying and praying to God, and tears rippled. The five immortals were moved by it, dressed in colorful clothes, with five-colored sheep under their crotch, and holding ears of grain falling from the sky.
The immortal gave the ears of grain to the young man and said, "Rub the grain down immediately, plant it tonight, water and fertilize it, and harvest it in the morning." The boy acted like this, and sure enough, he harvested yellow and golden grain early the next morning.
The young man was bent on saving his father, and he picked up grain to redeem his father, and the official family was suspicious when he saw it, and under repeated questioning, the young man had no choice but to tell the truth. After freeing the father and son, the government decided to arrest the five immortals. The father and son hurriedly reported the news to the immortals, who were grateful and told them to go home immediately and scatter all the remaining grains in the ground.
In this way, the government will not be able to rob it, and the people will have something to eat. At this moment, the government crowd flocked to it, and the five immortals rose up leisurely. Soar into the clouds.
The official couldn't, so he turned back to catch the five-colored god sheep left by the immortals, but the five sheep immediately turned into stubborn stones, couldn't be pushed, couldn't be pulled down, and the officials had no choice but to give up.
Today, the Five Immortals and its sculpture have long been gone, but today people have re-erected a stone statue of five sheep on Yuexiu Mountain, the ram is the leader, the mouth is close to the ears of grain, and the four sheep are clustered, lifelike. This statue has always been regarded as the emblem of Guangzhou. Guangzhou is also known as many people, in addition to Guancheng and Suicheng, there are also five sheep city, fairy city, stone city, sheep stone city, fairy sheep city and other names, all of which are related to this legend.

Do you know the origin of Wuyang City? I don't know, so let me tell you!
Why is Guangzhou called "Wuyang City", there is also a beautiful myth and legend in it: "According to legend, during the Zhou Dynasty, this place in Guangzhou was still called "Chu Ting". One year there was a drought, the crops were not harvested, and the people had no choice but to pray day and night for the blessings of the gods, and their devotion finally touched the five immortals.
The immortals wore red, orange, yellow, green, and purple clothes, riding five fairy sheep of different colors, holding ears of grain, and floating down to Chuting. They gave ears of grain to the people, wishing that there would be "no famine". After speaking, he took off into the air, and the five fairy sheep turned into stones and remained in the world.
Since then, the wind and rain here have been smooth every year, and the grains have been abundant. In order to commemorate these five immortals, the descendants built the Five Immortals Temple in the place where they came. In the Five Immortals Temple, where the immortals settled, there was also a one-meter-long footprint.
Therefore, Guangzhou is also called "Suicheng".
Judging from the sculpture of the "Five Sheep", a big ram stands tall in the middle of three ewes and a little lamb, with the potential to stand up to the sky and the earth, so from ancient times to the present, it is men who stand on the top of the sky and play with the world, which seems to be the will of God, it was like this in the past, it is like this now, and it is estimated that it may be like this in the future.
