It was learned from the League Calligraphy Association that Liu Xueqian, vice chairman of the association, obtained the membership of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and became the first member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association of our League. In July last year, Liu Xueqian's calligraphy work "The Story of the Peach Blossom Spring" written in the form of an album was selected for the exhibition by the "China's First Western Calligraphy and Seal Carving Exhibition" held by the Chinese Calligraphers Association. In December, in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, in the "Ninth National Calligraphy and Seal Carving Exhibition", a total of 55,319 manuscripts were received, and 1,400 works were selected after review, and a total of 5 people in our district entered the exhibition.

According to the provisions of the "Articles of Association of Chinese Calligraphers", the two exhibitions held by the Chinese Calligraphers Association have the conditions to join the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and these two exhibitions make Liu Xueqian the first member of the Chinese Calligraphy Association in the history of our league. After being laid off in 1998, he devoted himself to learning calligraphy, and successively studied Ouyang Xun, Liu Gongquan, Zhong Shaojing and other masters. Since 2005, he has gone to the Chinese Calligraphers Association for training four times, and his calligraphy skills have greatly improved, and his calligraphy creation level has improved by leaps and bounds.

His calligraphy works have won many awards in the Book Fair of our League and the Autonomous Region.

Liu Xueqian, formerly known as Liu Guangzheng, university culture, was born in 1965 in the three societies of Huazhai Village, Hongshaliang Township, Minqin County, and now works for the Inner Mongolia Alxa League Calligraphers Association (vice chairman and secretary general) member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, director of the Inner Mongolia Calligraphers Association, calligraphy works have been exhibited and awarded in the calligraphy exhibitions held by the Inner Mongolia Calligraphers Association and the Chinese Calligraphers Association for many times, and is the only member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association whose ancestral home is Minqin, and is a famous young calligrapher in Alxa.

Liu Xueqian (1875-1911), formerly known as Zhenyi, was known as Jing'an. A native of Meijiazui, Qianjiang County, Hubei. In 1902, he served as the secretary of Li Yuanhong, the commander of the first battalion of the Escort Horse Corps, and was diligent in drilling, observing military etiquette, and often talking about national righteousness with soldiers.

In March 1903, he and Zhang Nanxian and others established a scientific tutorial school for revolutionary groups in Wuchang, secretly engaged in revolutionary activities, and got in touch with the Huaxing Association to plan a joint uprising in Hunan and Hubei. Later, due to the leakage of the uprising plan, the science cram school was closed. Liu Jing'an was forced to leave the camp under the pretext of illness.

In the same year, he conspired with Wang Han and others to assassinate Tieliang, the servant of the Qing household department, but it also failed. In 1905, under the cover of serving as the manager of the "Daily Information Society" of the newspaper reading room of the American church, he actively recruited members and propagated revolutionary ideas. In the name of the church, he ordered a large number of books and newspapers from Japan and Shanghai, such as "Fierce Return", "The Soul of the Yellow Emperor", "Minbao", "Hubei Student Circle", etc.

He also gives regular lectures on current affairs, so that the former science tutorial school can reunite with the people. At that time, the League had been established in Tokyo, and the headquarters sent Yu Cheng as the president of the Hubei Branch, and after Yu returned to China, he used the Rizhi Society as the activity venue of the Alliance, so that it actually became a branch of the League in China. In order to facilitate the eastward tour and reserve talents, he also set up Jianghan Public School and the Eastward Travel Preparatory Department.

In the winter of the same year, he planned to respond to the Pingliuli uprising, was discovered by the Qing **, and went to Huangpi, and was later falsely accused by the traitor Guo Yaojie of Liu Jiayun, the leader of the Elders' Association, and was arrested in the winter of 1906 (Bingwu). Tortured in prison but never yielded, he admitted that the revolution was real, but declared that he was not Liu Jiayun. In 1909, he was sentenced to Yongyun in prison and was first imprisoned in the provincial city of Zhensi and then transferred to a model prison.

While in prison, he still took advantage of the opportunity to contact old friends to organize and educate comrades in the name of the Iron Army, and tried his best to unite fellow prisoners, even the jailers also sought to become friends. The poems he left behind are full of struggle and spirit. Under the harsh conditions of his imprisonment, he insisted on reading and studying, including classics, history, phonological exegesis, and Song and Ming Dynasty science, and his attitude towards learning was very rigorous.

His ideal is that there is no family in the world, no continents, no borders, no racial boundaries, no wealth, no poverty, no victory and weakness, no respect or humility, and everyone does their duty.

After spending nearly five years in prison, he died in prison in 1911 due to harsh conditions and injuries. And buried by the church, until 1928 by the Hubei Provincial Council decided to be buried at the foot of Fuhu Mountain in Wuchang, Zhang Nan first made an epitaph, and in 1938 stood a stone at the site of the Japanese Notification Society to chronicle its events.
