Motor Vehicle Registration Regulations:
Article 10 If a registered motor vehicle has any of the following circumstances, the owner of the motor vehicle shall apply to the vehicle administration office at the place of registration for change of registration:
1) Changing the color of the body;
b) replacement of the engine;
3) Replacing the body or frame;
4) Replacement of the whole vehicle due to quality problems;
5) The nature of use of commercial motor vehicles changed to non-commercial motor vehicles or non-commercial motor vehicles changed to commercial motor vehicles;
6) The residence of the owner of the motor vehicle moves out of or into the area under the jurisdiction of the vehicle management office.
You can apply to the vehicle management office at the place of registration to change the registration.
If it is a change item provided for in subparagraphs (1), (2) and (3) of the first paragraph of this article, the owner of the motor vehicle shall apply to the vehicle management office for a change of registration within 10 days after the change; If it is a change item provided for in item (6) of the first paragraph of this article, the owner of the motor vehicle shall complete the handling of the road traffic safety violations and traffic accidents involving the vehicle before applying for transfer.
Article 11 Where an application is made for a change of registration, the owner of the motor vehicle shall fill in the application form, submit the motor vehicle for inspection, and submit the following certificates and vouchers:
1) Proof of identity of the owner of the motor vehicle;
2) Motor vehicle registration certificate;
3) Motor vehicle driving license;
4) If the engine, body or frame is replaced, the motor vehicle safety and technical inspection certificate shall also be submitted;
The vehicle management office shall, within one day from the date of acceptance, confirm the motor vehicle, review the submitted certificates and vouchers, endorse the changes on the motor vehicle registration certificate, withdraw the driving license, and re-issue the driving license.
If the vehicle management office handles the change of registration items specified in the first paragraph of Article 10 (3), (4) and (6) of these provisions, it shall check the vehicle identification number rubbing film.
Article 20: In any of the following circumstances, transfer registration shall not be handled:
1) The content of the motor vehicle and the record of the vehicle file is inconsistent;
