The large investment scale and engineering volume of Yangzi Petrochemical Sewage Treatment and Wastewater Reuse Supporting Project are not only the largest investment scale and engineering volume of Yangzi Petrochemical Water Plant's sewage treatment and wastewater reuse supporting engineering projects, but also a new highlight of Yangzi Petrochemical Water Plant to achieve characteristic circular economy and comprehensive utilization of resources. With an investment of up to 100 million yuan, it is the largest wastewater project in Sinopec's "Clear Water and Blue Sky" environmental protection plan. In addition, a new rainwater reuse device has been added to the sewage reuse area, which realizes the rainwater reuse of Yangzi Petrochemical Company for the first time, avoiding the waste and risk of exceeding the standard caused by direct dispatch of rainwater.
Yangzi Petrochemical invested 1.3 billion yuan in the core project of "clear water and blue sky" and the 850-ton-hour sewage reuse device was successfully put into operation, producing qualified reclaimed water, and the company's reuse capacity reached 7 million tons per year, which can fill a Xuanwu Lake, becoming the largest high-purity sewage reuse enterprise at home and abroad.
Yangzi Petrochemical has applied the latest technology of global wastewater treatment to industrial practice and has achieved success. On March 31, 2012, the first set of 400-ton hour-hour sewage reuse device built by ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis combination technology was officially completed and put into operation, producing qualified reclaimed water, and its main water quality indicators are much higher than that of tap water. Since it was put into operation, the system has been running stably and reliably, and the factory quality is superior, which provides experience for the continuation of new equipment and the expansion of high-quality reclaimed water production capacity.

On May 22, the Guangzhou Petrochemical Engineering Management Department overcame the impact of severe weather such as continuous heavy rain, completed the delivery of the 3,000 cubic meter sewage regulating tank to increase the waste gas treatment facilities project, and achieved the goal of "zero tail" delivery.
The construction of the 3,000 cubic meter sewage regulating tank to increase the waste gas treatment facilities began at the end of December 2014, with a total investment of more than 1.6 million yuan. In the process of the implementation of the project, the project management department organized relevant personnel to "look back" at the previous project management process in view of the fact that there were many tail items and long rectification time in the previous project, which brought many troubles to the normal production organization and the timely completion and acceptance of the project, and found out the main reasons for the problems and drew inferences from one another. If the designer does not go to the site for on-site inspection, there are inaccuracies or unclear places; In the audit of construction drawings, the relevant personnel did not have a thorough understanding of the design drawings or the technology used, and could not find the design problems in time; There was no on-site check, and the design error could not be found in time, resulting in problems only found in the "three checks and four determinations" stage and even in the process of device start-up; The construction of the project has the phenomenon of loosening before and then tightening, resulting in some contents that do not affect the start of construction to continue construction after the project is handed over.
In order to ensure the realization of the goal of "zero tail item" in the project, the project management department strictly manages, takes the initiative and takes a multi-pronged approach. Reduce design changes from the source, and during the implementation of the project, there were no design changes of Party A; In the process of reviewing the construction drawings, go deep into the site, organize designers, construction technicians and supervisors to clarify the unclear part of the blueprint, reduce the design modification from the source, and also reduce the situation of the project tail item caused by the late submission of the material procurement plan; Make full use of assessment methods to urge the construction unit to increase investment in construction forces and promote the progress of the project. For example, on April 28, due to heavy rain for several days, the sewage regulating tank urgently needs to be put into use as soon as possible, take the initiative to interview the project manager of the construction unit, increase manpower investment, and ensure that the project is put into use two days in advance.
In the "three checks and four determinations" inspection of the project, a total of 22 problems were found in each unit, which greatly reduced the number of problems compared with previous projects, and all rectifications were completed before the CCCC, and the "zero tail" CCCC goal was achieved 3 days earlier than planned.
