1. Chassis related parts have been repaired.
When the vehicle is repaired to the axle and other parts, because it involves chassis-related parts, the owner can also send the vehicle to the 4S shop for a four-wheel alignment.
2. When the vehicle deviates.
If the vehicle runs to the left or right inartificially, after excluding the tire pressure problem of the wheel, then it is possible that the caster angle of the kingpin of the wheel or the caster angle of the kingpin has deviated, then the vehicle may need to do four-wheel alignment in this case.
3. Tire eccentricity.
When the wear degree of the same tire on both sides of the vehicle is different, or the wear degree of different tires of the vehicle is different, the owner can check the tire and send it to the 4S shop for a four-wheel alignment.
4. The steering wheel cannot automatically return to normal.
If the steering wheel can not be automatically corrected, steering invoices, etc., it may be a problem with four-wheel alignment, at this time the owner can send the vehicle to the 4S shop for inspection, if it is really a problem with four-wheel alignment, the vehicle may need to do a four-wheel alignment.

The camber angle of the four-wheel alignment can be adjusted, and the camber angle of the four-wheel alignment needs to be corrected by a professional instrument, so it is recommended to adjust it to the 4S shop. The camber angle is different for each vehicle, and the camber adjustment method is as follows:
1. Check the data on the four-wheel aligner and adjust it according to the vehicle standards;
2. Use the target wheel of the positioning machine to detect the data under the wheel;
3. Toe adjustment nut, if the data is red, it needs to be adjusted, and it needs to be adjusted directly to the green color rendering standard data;
4. The camber adjustment bolt of the front wheel, if the data is shown in red, it needs to be adjusted, and it is directly adjusted to the green color rendering standard data;
5. Adjust the bolt at the left back inclination angle, if the data is shown in red, it needs to be adjusted, and it is directly adjusted to the green color rendering standard data;
6. The camber adjustment bolt of the right rear wheel, if the data shows red, it needs to be adjusted, and it is directly adjusted to the green color rendering standard value.

The basic adjustment parameters of four-wheel alignment include front wheel toe, wheel camber, kingpin camber, and kingpin camber. The definition of toe-in of the front wheel is the distance difference between the front end face of the front wheel and the rear end face, and the normal toe-in value of the front wheel should be zero toe-in when ABA=B; ab, it is toe-in; AB, it is negative toe-eave.
The normal range of a-b should not be greater than 8mm.
Front-wheel toe-in adjustment Note: When adjusting the front wheel toe-in, the rear wheel toe-in should be adjusted first.
Before adjustment, the locking nuts at both ends of the steering tie rod ball joint should be loosened, and the steering wheel should be in the center position. Adjustments are then made based on the four-wheel alignment data.

When the center line of the wheel coincides with the plumb line, it is zero camber; When the center line of the wheel is on the outside of the plumb line, it is a positive camber; When the center line of the wheel is on the inside of the plumb line, it is a negative camber. A plumb line is a straight line in which the gravity of the plumb weight is downward, and can also be seen as a line perpendicular to the ground.
When the vehicle with positive camber angle turns at high speed, the centrifugal force increases, and the body tilts outward, resulting in a greater positive camber angle.
A vehicle with a negative camber angle decreases in camber when turning, and the degree of inclination of the vehicle decreases accordingly.
Camber adjustment method: The adjustment method varies depending on the vehicle model. The main adjustment methods are: addition and subtraction gasket adjustment, girder angle slot adjustment, eccentric screw adjustment, upper control arm adjustment, lower control arm adjustment, etc.
The caster angle of the kingpinThe caster angle of the kingpin defines the angle formed by the inward inclination of the kingpin axis in the transverse plane and the plumb line.
When the intersection of the kingpin axis and the plumb line coincides with the intersection of the wheel centerline and the grounding plane, it is zero kingpin inclination; When the intersection of the kingpin axis and the plumb line is on the inside of the intersection of the wheel centerline and the grounding plane, it is the positive kingpin camber; When the intersection of the kingpin axis and the plumb line is outside the intersection of the wheel centerline and the ground plane, it is the negative kingpin camber.
Adjustment of the caster angle of the kingpinThe caster angle of the kingpin is generally not adjustable, and the steering knuckle should be replaced if the camber error is too large.
Kingpin caster The kingpin caster defines the angle formed by the kingpin axis sloping backward in the longitudinal plane and the plumb line.
When the kingpin axis and the plumb line coincide, it is zero kingpin caster; The kingpin axis is negative in front of the plumb line, and the kingpin is at a caster angle; The kingpin axis is the positive kingpin caster behind the plumb line.
The adjustment method of the caster angle of the kingpin is different depending on the model.
