The last point of view, for reference only: not afraid of thinking, only afraid of being late, don't be afraid of it if you have delusions, don't follow it, don't be nervous about it, don't care about it, know that it is delusional, and then mention the Buddha's name, just chant the Buddha with one mind, to achieve delusional emptiness, and know the true nature. You can also often recite the Diamond Sutra "The heart cannot be obtained in the past, the heart cannot be obtained in the present, and the heart cannot be obtained in the future".

Chanting the Buddha with the Ten Recitations of Venerable Yinguang can be a good way to deal with delusions. When worshipping the Buddha, use visualization to visualize your relatives and friends worshipping the Buddha with you.

Reciting the Buddha and holding mantras can eliminate diseases, and it is said that whether the spirit is spiritual or not depends on yourself. How do you say that? Reciting the Buddha, do you know how to recite it?
You will be able to read it, and you will not be unable to read it. Those who can't read have a mouth but no heart, this is not spiritual, and those who can read are the same as their hearts and mouths, with Amitabha Buddha in their mouths, and Amitabha Buddha in their hearts, this spirit, this line!
It's the same with mantras. The mantra must be taught by the teacher, the mantra belongs to the tantric law, the mantra emphasizes the three tantric corresponding, you only have the mouth, no body, no mind, two of the three things are missing, the mantra is not effective; Three conditions are satisfied, this spell spirit. For example, in Esoteric Buddhism nowadays, the most common thing that everyone recites is the six-character mantra of Guanyin Bodhisattva, which is hum, ma, ma, na, horn, mi, and yin, and there are many people who recite this mantra.
We only have oral thoughts, we don't have the secret of our body and mind, and we can't do it no matter how we recite kung fu. It's like a child singing, singing very well, the beat is not wrong, I don't know what it means, I can only sing but I don't understand the meaning, what's the use of that?
When I first learned Buddhism, Master Zhang Jia taught me to recite the six-character mantra, and he explained the meaning of the mantra to me, so I could understand. The mantra is to have visualization, and visualization is the secret of thought. Buzz is the body.
When we study Buddhism later, we will learn that the word hum, this sound includes the Dharma body, the retribution body, and the incarnation, and the fullness of the circle; Ma is the lotus, the horn is keep, and the horn is the meaning.
The meaning of this mantra is translated into Chinese: Keep your body and mind like a lotus flower out of the mud without staining. What a good meaning! So when I recite this mantra, I immediately remember, "I'm pure and spotless, and that's spiritual."
Just reciting this mantra, or selfishness, or inhuman selfishness, and greed, foolishness, and slowness, how can it be spiritual? It doesn't work! Reciting the Buddha and reciting the mantra, asking if you can recite it, and if you can recite it, it is a true spirit. Why the True Spirit?
The Buddhist scriptures tell us a principle, all the Dharma is born from the heart, and if your thoughts are pure, of course your physical illness will be gone. Today's doctors talk about mental health, and chanting Buddha and mantras is mental health. Mental health, a little problem on the body, it's nothing, you don't have to treat it, you can get better, we have to understand this truth.
Therefore, if the spirit of reciting the Buddha and mantra is not in yourself, that is, whether you can recite it or not.
Self-transformation of him is nothing more than the Buddha's way, so it is one.
These four verses are the first verse. When the future Buddhas develop bodhicitta and practice the bodhisattva path, they will make a vow just like the Buddhas of the past: I am on the path of the Buddha, and I want to make all sentient beings attain the same path. If he is self-transformed, everyone who has the opportunity to hear the Dharma will attain this one-vehicle Buddha path together.

On this issue, you must know that delusions do not come from consciousness, eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body.
The six roots of meaning are just tools to serve our souls, and delusions come from inner experience, that is to say, to start from the inner experience, to look deep into the heart, to give up desires, and to dilute the inner attachment experience, is the real cure for delusions. What is the meaning of chanting the Buddha, and what is the meaning behind it? Reciting the Dharma is Mahayana Buddhism, and it is a convenient means for the Buddha to compassionately save ignorant sentient beings.
Here you have to know that one of the most fundamental problems is that there is no Buddha outside the mind, and the mind is a Buddha. All merits, our own minds, are self-sufficient. It's just that we are blinded by our disturbing karma and can't manifest it.
When we recite the Buddha, we do not recite the external appearance of the Buddha, but the supreme pious and pure heart. Reciting the Buddha is not in the sound of chanting the Buddha, nor in the consciousness of chanting the Buddha, the Pure Land is in the pure and sincere thought of our pure and sincere thoughts, and finally this pure meditation mind itself is shed from the Buddha name, and you are in the Pure Land of Bliss at the moment, this is the real chanting of the Buddha, reciting our true pure mind, so that we can practice liberation and complete our merits. The Buddha once said that sentient beings cannot be liberated from the flow of birth and death, just because they cannot understand what I say, otherwise they will be like me at the moment.
Therefore, the practice must be righteous and righteous. Here I recommend a person Xie Anshuo I hope it will be helpful to you.

Then change the method, such as Zen Buddhism to cultivate emptiness.
-
First of all, the thought is a repetition.
kind of energy, do not press as much as possible. It can be perceived, transferred, replaced, covered, transformed, emptied, etc.
The reason why I can't control my delusions is because my own chanting skills are not strong, and the power of delusions is too strong. At this time, efforts should be made from two aspects, one is to improve the skill of chanting the Buddha, and the other is to reduce the intensity of delusion.
Delusions can be both gross and slight, and slight thoughts are not powerful and can be easily controlled by reciting them or by reciting mantras.
For gross thoughts, if one's awareness is not strong, it will be a bit difficult to deal with it with awareness. If you are not strong in reciting Buddha mantras, it may be a little difficult to use the method of reciting Buddha mantras to deal with them. You have to find a way to reduce the gross thoughts to the slight ones.
Because the gross thoughts are mostly generated by the things that you are more concerned about and more persistent in life, you must use wisdom to see through these trivial things in life that you have strong obsessions, and you must think about the things that you can't think of in your heart, and you have to untie the knots in your heart. Do more good deeds and merits, and those who should repent should repent. Be more grateful and tolerant, and let go of the grievances, calculations, and hatred in your heart.
We must do more good deeds, accumulate good fortune, and bless the soul, and the wisdom of the soul will be opened, and the amount of wisdom will be great, and the knot of the heart that cannot be opened will be opened, and the knot that cannot be let go will be let go.

Master Jingkong--- don't listen to the voices outside, but listen to the voice of chanting Buddha in your heart, which is "anti-hearing".
The Buddha just taught us that we can't ask for it from the outside, we can't ask for it outside, we can't find it outside our hearts. To ** begging? Look inward. That's why the scriptures of Buddhism are called "inner texts", and Buddhism is called "inner learning", and everything is inward.
Guanyin Bodhisattva has become a Buddha, what method is used? "Smell and smell self-nature" balanced, inward, he uses the root of the ear. Can we use our eyes?
Yes. The root of the eye should also be seen inward, not outward, but inward; The ears, nose, tongue, and mind are all the same, all of which must be inward, and inward is self-nature, and the root is found. Outward are the branches and leaves, and the branches and leaves are the "ten thousand laws", which are immeasurable and boundless.
The "anti-smell" of Guanyin Bodhisattva is very worthy of our deep thought, what is the "anti-smelling method"? Honestly, there are some people who will work hard, and it's right in front of you.
The method of Pure Sect, cultivated by Guanyin Bodhisattva, how to cultivate the Fa? Listening to the sound of chanting the Buddha in our hearts, we don't recite the Buddha in our mouths, but we recite the Buddha in our hearts, and we don't move our mouths and recite silently. Meditation on the outside is completely unaware of the outsider's awareness, but listens to our own ears, listening to the sound of the Buddha in our hearts.
Do you have? Yes! Others can't hear it, but I hear it myself.
Don't listen to the outside voice, but listen to the voice of chanting the Buddha in your heart, which is "anti-hearing". What kind of kung fu do you hear? Don't be disturbed by the sound outside, no matter what the sound is outside, I don't hear it, I just listen to the sound of chanting the Buddha, okay? Yes.

1. Singing the Buddha's name: The mouth follows the recitation, and the heart is playing delusions, which is not chanting the Buddha, but singing the Buddha, but singing the Buddha is much better than gossiping, because singing the Buddha in the mouth still has merit.
2. Scatter your mind and chant the Buddha: Knowing that you are chanting the Buddha, while chanting the Buddha, there are still some delusions and miscellaneous thoughts in your heart, and there are still a lot of miscellaneous thoughts, but you know that you are chanting the Buddha, and many people add the word to the word to become the chant, which seems to be right and seems to be wrong. It should be counted, there are aloud thoughts and silent thoughts, loud thoughts with mouths, and silent thoughts with the heart.
In fact, the recitation of the Buddha is the meaning of never forgetting, and every thought thinks of the Buddha and corresponds to the Buddha, which is called chanting the Buddha.
3. Concentrate on chanting Buddha: the mind has no distracting thoughts and delusions, constantly on the same sentence of Amitabha Buddha's Buddha name, every sentence and every word are clear, no delusions, if there are delusions, immediately chant the Buddha loudly and loudly, hear your own delicate voice with the root of your ears, and also pay attention to listen to the voice of the public, gradually the delusions will disappear, the self-attachment will slowly decrease, and the troubles will slowly subside. Reciting the Buddha can be recited very comfortably and without hindrance.
This attitude of self-denial is the basic attitude of spiritual practice and a good way to eliminate karma.
4. Reciting the Buddha with one heart: chanting the Buddha to the point of not reciting and reciting itself, reciting continuously, continuing to recite, whether there is a sound or not, with or without the Buddha number in the heart, has not left the Buddha name of Amitabha Buddha, chanting during the day, chanting at night, walking, eating and disturbing also chanting, sometimes the Buddha number is in the mouth or heart, but whether or not the four-character or six-character Buddha number is pronounced, it is not important, but the heart is constantly on the Buddha name of Amitabha.
5. No thoughts: This has been enlightened, no matter whether there is a Buddha name in the heart, the thoughts are always and everywhere in line with the Buddha's sorrow and wisdom. Zen Buddhism is called enlightenment, and Pure Land Buddhism is called seeing one's own nature.
Although no one is chanting at this time, you should remember the sound of the public chanting Buddha just now, and continue to chant in your heart, without being distracted or dozing off. If you have a lot of delusions in your heart when you meditate, then you have to count and recite the Buddha, recite a Buddha number and count a number of words, count from one to ten, recite ten Buddha numbers, count to ten, and then from the beginning, recite a Buddha number and count a number. I know that I am reciting the Buddha and that I am counting the words.
If the mind is still very concentrated and stable after the rapid chanting of the Buddha has stopped, there is no need to count the Buddhas.
