5) Remove the bearing gland from the bearing seat, press the bearing out of the bearing seat or eject it with a suitable bolt;
6) If the bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing with a separable inner and outer jacket, the inner sleeve of the bearing should be removed from the shaft and put into the outer jacket of the original bearing;
7) Thoroughly clean the oil stains of each part.
2. Install the bearing.
When replacing a vibrating motor with a new bearing, it is necessary to use the same bearing as the original model.
1) The bearing is washed with kerosene, pressed into the bearing seat, filled with Shell No. 3 lithium grease to two-thirds full to the roller of the outer ring of the bearing, applied evenly with clean hands, installed the bearing gland, and pressed the bearing gland with the fastening bolt coated with bolt anti-loosening glue;
2) The bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing with separable inner and outer coats, and the inner bearing should be sleeved on the rotating shaft and put in place;

4) The inner and outer eccentric blocks are installed on the rotating shaft and in place, and those with shaft keys should be loaded into the keyway and then installed with the outer eccentric block, and the shaft is installed on the rotating shaft with a retaining ring;
5) Tighten the fastening bolt of the eccentric block, rotate the adjustable eccentric block so that it reaches the angular position before removal and tighten its fastening bolt. After the above assembly is completed, the rotating shaft should have a certain axial series movement;
6) The protective covers at both ends of the upper vibration motor are fastened with screws.
