Overview of the Cup. FIFA, the specialized body of world football, was founded in 1904, but it was not until the 1924 Paris Olympics that football was included in the official Olympic sport, bringing together several continents in Europe, America and Asia. The contest was not very successful:
People are not satisfied with the "amateur" rules of the Olympics, which excludes many elite athletes. At this time, there was an urgent need to hold the world's highest level of soccer with professional players. In 1928, when many countries abstained from participating in the Amsterdam Olympics, the time was ripe for a new football tournament to be relatively separate from the Olympics.
On May 26, 1928, the FIFA meeting in Amsterdam discussed and approved a proposal to host a new football tournament in 1930, which would open its doors to all countries of the world. On March 18, 1929, the Barcelona Conference voted to elect Uruguay as the host of the first World Cup. Uruguay was one of the first countries to play football, winning two Olympic football titles in 1924 and 1928, and 1930 coincided with the 100th anniversary of Uruguay's independence.
While a total of 13 countries participated in this World Cup, including 9 South American teams and 4 European teams. However, the players' skills on the field are proof enough: the World Cup is the highest level of football in the world.
Before the game, it was widely believed that South American teams would have the upper hand in the game. In fact, European teams are also in full swing. After defeating Mexico 4-1, France met Argentina in a narrow way, and although they lost 0-1 to their opponents, this game became a classic battle in the history of the World Cup.
The two South American teams, Argentina and Uruguay, reached the finals, with Argentina leading 2-1 in the first half, and in the second half, Uruguay penetrated the opponent's door three times in a row to win the championship trophy 4-2 in the second half. The Uruguayan festivities last for several days and nights, and on July 31, Uruguayans are proud to consider their country's holiday. Since then, the little football has taken the world by storm, and the tournament has gradually been recognized and formalized by all countries in the world.

Although Giuli scored a crucial goal against AC Milan, in general there are not too many chances for Giuli this year, and Barcelona's main force this year is Ronaldo, Eto'o, and Larsson. Messi is a substitute, and Gyuli is just a substitute for Messi. A player who doesn't have a game to work out will worry about his form. >>>More
