I think if a person wants to become better, the first thing to do is self-discipline, that is, to be able to manage themselves, including their own time, energy and overall planning for their career prospects. Also, how far can you go? How much capacity do you have?
This is for one's own judgment.

1 Mental maturity is the psychological basis for making oneself better.
For the criteria for mental maturity, I personally believe that there are four main points: the ability to control one's emotions, the self-worth cognition in line with one's actual situation, the ability to self-analyze and reflect, and the ability to empathize.
1) The ability to control one's emotions.
This has been mentioned in many psychological self-help books, personal feelings: do a good job of emotional control, and the effect of improving yourself is indeed obvious.
The usual practice is to set up a "monitoring system" in the mind, often feel the changes in one's emotions, and establish the awareness and habits of Vipassana.
Personally, I always carry a note with me or record reminders on my phone notepad and read them often. I've also seen people even set prompts on their phone's screensavers.
2) A sense of self-worth that is in line with the individual's actual situation.
This refers to having a clear understanding of one's position in the social environment, one's own knowledge and skills, one's influence and social value in the life circle and industry, and one's own material conditions.
Do not exaggerate or even disguise in order to maintain your self-esteem, nor self-depreciate and dwarf yourself in the face of the strong, nor step on and bully when you encounter the weak, and maintain your independent judgment when encountering external pressure.
3) Self-analysis and reflective skills.
Master the basic knowledge of psychology, understand the psychological characteristics of people, cultivate self-awareness ability, be able to treat their own shortcomings in the observation and comparison of others, and be able to analyze the reasons and methods of the other party's advantage.
4) The ability to empathize.
It's not so much a ability as a habit of thinking.
Practitioners in many industries will use this as a basic ability, such as sales and marketing.
Understanding the difficulties of everyone's growth, the differences in the personal interests of different people and the level of understanding of growth experience will reduce a lot of troubles and obstacles for you on the road to excellence in the future.
2. Have a thorough understanding of people's hearts, human nature, human feelings, and the hot and cold world, and be able to handle various complex relationships appropriately in interpersonal communication.
The way to improve is to read more books, read more history, read more books on interpretation, recall and analyze more people and things you have experienced, and think more about everyone's interests.
In Chinese society, most people lack understanding of this aspect, especially when they are young, and if they have a vague understanding of this aspect, they will often fall into confusion and even lose many opportunities that they could have seized.
Cao Xueqin said in the Dream of Red Mansions that "the world is full of knowledge, and the practice of human feelings is the article", which is worth pondering.

After entering the society, how can you grow up quickly?
Do less brainless things. Anyone who is relatively idle will only make that person decadent. So facing something seems simple, don't try it lightly.
It seems that everyone likes to be lazy, but over time, it can make a person desolate and even decadent, so do more work. Please do a job that you can really get out of. A job is not measured by money and reputation.
The best job is one that suits you and at the same time gives you what you want, but definitely not an immediate benefit, and you can learn a lot from it. That's why you can do one thing and sustain it for a long time.
Don't think too much about things that don't make sense. Many times I think I think about it a lot, but I am lost. This is really just their own theoretical idea, and the person who really acts is focused on action, not deliberate, and can change through action.
Thoughtfulness is often difficult to achieve. Don't be afraid of failure, especially those that you can reap, what is the difference between failure and success? That's all up to the person.
A truly strong person knows what failure has given him. For the sake of success next time, the same regrets are the same. Never think about things that can't be changed.
That's what life is all about. It's useless to plan all day, get confused all day, learn how to survive all day. The only right path is decisive action.
Just be bold. Without this action, nothing can be accomplished, nothing can be done. Boldness is a prominent trait of people who do big business.
Never forget. (life). At the same time, put yourself in other positions, that is, in other industries, remember what I said.
Be sure to master the technology. Today's society is not as tech-savvy as it is. If you have the technology, you can go all over the world, which is very important.
Don't take it seriously. If you become a civil servant or an accountant, etc., you also need to have skills.
Work hard, do everything with your heart, don't overdo it, put yourself in a state of high turmoil, think about anything around you, and come up with a way. That's the foundation of getting ahead. Becoming a leader is the main thing, and your future is here.
Good at summarizing. If you don't go back and summarize, or don't summarize at all, the person doesn't make progress at all. It's absolute, that's what I'm talking about as a priority.
If you have clear eyes, always look upward, maintain a relationship with your superiors, and have this upward spirit no matter what you do, this is the foundation of life.

First of all, we must learn the rules of society, so that we will avoid detours; secondly, we should learn from the wrong or correct practices of others and give ourselves a reference; Third, we must maintain a positive and sunny attitude, and we cannot treat problems negatively.

Find a stable job first, try to be restrained when getting along with colleagues at work, and try not to have unnecessary troubles or disputes with others.

In fact, some people have a knack for this, and that is to make a decisive opinion at the right time. So will the decisive opinion appear out of thin air on its own? Of course not!
On this basis, it is necessary to do a lot of homework, to have an overall control of the whole incident, and to take into account the problems that others cannot consider. Therefore, how to improve yourself during and after work is a very important question.
First of all, take your own work as the center, grasp the main content of your work, and understand as much as possible about the things within the scope of your work. This is the first step for us to start, and if we don't have a good understanding of what we do, we just go to other things and learn other courses, does it seem a bit blind?
Live and learn.
Second, read more books. Reading is something that many people are recommending, and I have been practicing, and the things in the book are very organized, and to some extent, understanding the author's thoughts is actually the first step for us to start reading people. For example, if the superior asks you to receive a customer and allocates a sum of money, how can you use this sum of money to satisfy both the customer and the leader?
Then, communicate with others. One person's world is essential, but it is suitable for us to reflect and ponder. Communicating with others is a very skillful activity, some people offend a person in three sentences, and some people make friends with a person in one sentence.
Learn the skills to master the language, and at the critical time, you will find that the noble person is among them.
Finally, try not to say unnecessary things in the workplace. So what are the unnecessary words? Personally, I understand that "don't express your opinion on things that you don't think about with your brain", which is not to let people not participate in things that they are not interested in, but to think twice and keep silent about the things they encounter in daily life.
Me too, I sat in the first row, I used to cry when the teacher inadvertently swept me, but now, I dare to ask the teacher questions, that is, my heart beats very fast, laughs a few times, looks in the mirror a few times, keeps praising myself, and when I am thick-skinned, I am extroverted o( o haha
If you want to make yourself cheerful, this thing is more difficult, because it is related to personality, but if you want to encounter things without being afraid, it means that you have to have enough skills and how much money you have.
Maturity is basically a state of mind, experiencing some things, gaining experience or lessons, and what to do after summing it up. >>>More
The world is very exciting, our lives are also very exciting, and many times we are now in our own lives and cannot break free, thinking that the pain we have experienced has been destroyed.
