The invention and creation of a language is the result of a long period of historical evolution and the progress of human civilization, not the result of a creator and a history of creation. The early Germanic western tribes immigrated to England, and English was inherited from their linguistic variations. It also incorporated the languages of the natives, such as Scotland, Wales, Conwall, and the Isles of Ireland, to form Old English Modern English flourished during Shakespeare's time, and some scholars divide it into Early Modern English and Late Modern English, with the dividing line around 1800.
With the British occupation and colonization of much of the world, the local language also largely influenced the development of English.

English English belongs to the West Germanic branch of the Indo-European language family of the Middle Germanic language family, which evolved from the languages spoken by the Germanic people of the Anglo, Saxon, and Jute tribes who migrated from the European continent to the island of Great Britain in ancient times, and spread throughout the world through British colonization. English may be the third or fourth most spoken language in the world (322,000,000 in 1999) in terms of the number of native English speakers, but it is the most widely spoken second language in the world. The cultural, economic, military, political, and scientific leadership of Britain and the United States in the last two centuries has made English an international language.
English is one of the working languages of the United Nations. The closest thing to English is undoubtedly Frisian, which is still spoken by around 500,000 people in the northern Dutch province of Friesland. Some consider Scots to be a separate language close to English, while others consider it to be a dialect of English.
Scots has traditionally been considered a separate language (some even consider Ebonics (Afro-American English) to be a separate language, but this is controversial). The closest thing to English besides Frisian is Low Saxon, which is spoken in the eastern Netherlands and northern Germany. Other relevant languages include Dutch, Afrikaans and German.
The Normans conquered England in the 11th century, bringing with them a large number of French words that greatly enriched the English language.

No one invented it, just like the Chinese language, which evolved over a long period of time.

Hello, English, unlike Esperanto, was invented intentionally by man, but gradually formed by human beings in social activities.
The English language originated in the United Kingdom. Around 499 AD, three Germanic tribes living in northwestern Europe – the Angles, Saxons, and Jutes – invaded Britain.
After the conquest of the British Isles, they gradually formed a unified English nation, and their respective dialects gradually merged into a new language, Anglo-Saxon, known as Old English (450-1150 AD). During this period, English was spoken by only a few million people, and its use was confined to the British Isles.
This is the origin of the English language.
I hope it helps.

English (English: English) is a West Germanic language that was first spoken in medieval England and is the most widely spoken language in the world due to its vast colonies.
The Anglo tribes, the ancestors of the British, were one of the Germanic tribes that later migrated to the island region of Great Britain, known as England. Both names come from Anglia on the Baltic Peninsula. The language is closely related to Frisian and Lower Saxon, and its vocabulary is influenced by other Germanic languages, especially Norse (North Germanic), and is largely written in Latin and French.
English phonology. English phonology refers to the study of the English phonology (i.e., the sound system). As with all languages, the pronunciation of spoken English varies from dialect to dialect, regardless of history.
This variation is particularly pronounced in English, which is spoken widely and is the dominant language in countries such as Australia, Canada, the United States, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the English-speaking Caribbean, and is spoken as a mother or second language in every state in the world.
Television sets were invented independently by Ferro Farnsworth, Veratimir Sforrogin, and Baird, but there is a difference between the televisions invented by the trio, Baird (his full name is John Logie Baird) whose television is a mechanically scanned television, and Ferro Farnsworth and Veratimir Sforrogin's television which is an electronic television. The image of a puppet "scanned" by Scotsman John Logie Baird on October 2, 1925, during an experiment in London, is often seen as the mark of the birth of television, and he is known as the "father of television". >>>More
