Yu Gong Moves Mountains" after reading.
Today we studied "Yu Gong Moves Mountains" again, and the difference from last time is that through this study, I have a new view of Yu Gong's "foolishness".
This story mainly tells the story of an old man named Yugong who overcame many obstacles and persevered in wanting to remove the mountain, and finally moved the emperor and helped him remove the mountain. This story reflects the spirit of Yugong who does not evade or retreat when encountering difficulties, faces them bravely, perseveres, is firm and persistent, and never gives up. In the story, he experienced the dissuasion of his wife and the ridicule of Zhisuo, but he still persevered.
When I used to read it, I was very puzzled by Yu Gong's approach, and it seemed to me that it was better to move to an open area in my lifetime than to remove the mountain that was impossible to move.
Reading Yu Gong again today, I seem to have realized the deep meaning of Yu Gong's actions. Before I knew it, I thought about myself. In the dance class, I was stumped by a set of difficult movements, although the teacher helped me, but I still couldn't do it, and I was very unhappy to see that my classmates had successfully completed the movements.
I obviously worked hard, but I couldn't achieve the desired effect. His body was already sweating, and his limbs were so tired that he was weak because of repeated exercises, and he thought of giving up. After class, I went home, and that action was still replayed in my mind, and at the same time, I remembered a sentence:
Baijia Notes Network can't change the world, so change yourself, so, I practiced again, and finally I overcame the difficulties and completed that action.
Think about it carefully, Yu Gong is not really "stupid", he just does not give up towards the goal, overcomes difficulties, persists in hard work, maybe bypassing difficulties, can indeed save a lot of effort, but then he will never know that he can do it, he will never be able to achieve his goal, only by removing the mountain like difficulties, there is an open flat land ahead.
It seems that when we are faced with difficulties, we may not be the right way to do it when we think that it is a shortcut, but those that we think are stupid may be the wise choice. Reading it again, I have always solved the doubts in my heart, not only moved and admired the "spirit of Yugong", but also deeply realized that Yugong is not "stupid", and there is greater wisdom in "foolishness".

Once upon a time, there was an old man in his nineties, whose name was Yugong, and there were two mountains in front of his house, blocking the way to the village. Yugong was anxious for the whole family and worked together to remove these two mountains. They began to break up stones, dig up dirt, pack them in frames, and transport them to the shore of the Bohai Sea.
There was an old man named Zhisuo who laughed at Yugong's practice of moving mountains, and Yugong laughed: "Although I will die of old age, I still have sons, grandsons, and so on, and there is no end, but these two mountains will not increase, how can I not move them." In the end, the Emperor of Heaven was moved by the spirit of Yugong to move mountains, so he sent the gods to remove the two mountains.
This story teaches us to persevere in everything we do and not give up. We study the same, we must persevere and work hard.

After reading the essay "I Can Only Give You a Little Sugar", I learned some truths: "You can stretch out one hand to warm the other, but you can't use these hands to peel off the cloak of other people's hearts and make an exhibition of the poverty of the recipients."
