How to carry out journalism in ethnic minority areas

Consolidate and develop socialist ethnic relations characterized by equality, unity, and mutual assistance. Our great Chinese nation is composed of 56 nationalities. In the big family of our motherland, the relationship between various nationalities is a new-type socialist ethnic relationship of equality, unity, and mutual assistance, and the Han nationality is inseparable from the minority nationalities, the minority nationalities are inseparable from the Han nationality, and the minority nationalities are inseparable from each other.

1. Strengthen infrastructure construction in minority areas. The state has successively built a large number of large and medium-sized modern industrial enterprises in areas inhabited by minority nationalities. In recent years, priority has been given to arranging water conservancy, electric power, transportation, environment, and resource development projects in the central and western regions, where ethnic minorities are concentrated, and has given preference to investment to guide more domestic and foreign funds to be invested in the central and western regions.

2. Strengthen the basic construction of farmland and grassland in areas inhabited by minority nationalities, adopt various measures to raise the level of agricultural production, and support the development of the rural economy of minority nationalities through such measures as the free distribution of farm tools, the distribution of production funds, the reduction or exemption of agricultural taxes, and the issuance of interest-free or low-interest loans.

3. The State encourages ethnic minority areas to proceed from local realities, actively carry out external and internal linkages, develop border areas, and support ethnic minority areas to promote the adjustment of the social and economic structure and enhance their self-development capacity through active and prudent reforms.

4. Implement preferential fiscal policies for minority areas. The state has successively set up "subsidies for minority areas" and "mobile funds for minority areas" and implemented a fixed subsidy system to support the development of economically underdeveloped areas, loans for poverty alleviation at discounted interest and funds for relief through work, and support the construction of minority areas. The state implements a system of financial transfer payments and gradually increases support for ethnic minority areas.

Encourage the development of ethnic minority areas and take care of the production of ethnic minority products.

5. Support poverty-stricken areas of ethnic minorities to get rid of poverty. Since the mid-80s, when large-scale poverty alleviation was carried out in an organized and planned manner, ethnic minorities and ethnic minority areas have always been the objects of key support from the state. In the course of more than 10 years of poverty relief and development, in addition to enjoying the preferential policies for poverty relief and development in other poverty-stricken areas, poverty-stricken areas inhabited by minority nationalities have also enjoyed many special policies formulated by the state.

6. Support and help ethnic minority areas to develop science, technology and education. Grant and respect the right of ethnic minority autonomous areas to independently develop ethnic education, attach importance to the teaching of ethnic languages and bilingual teaching, strengthen the construction of ethnic minority teachers, and organize ethnic academies and classes.

**Financial subsidy, taking the lead in implementing free education from kindergarten to high school in ethnic minority areas;

protection of the written language, folk customs and other tangible or intangible culture of ethnic minorities;

upgrading educational resources;

Appropriately increase the proportion of university admissions.

Developed areas and ethnic minority areas should carry out counterpart support for the export of labor services.

We should intensify support for the development of ethnic minority areas with small populations, and support the development of county-level economies in a number of ethnic autonomous counties with extremely poor populations.

We will further promote the action plan for rejuvenating the border areas and enriching the people, and organize the preparation of plans for the development and opening up of border areas.

1. Understand the local ethnic customs and religious beliefs, and learn from respect.

Familiarity with local ethnic customs, the living habits of ethnic minorities, and their religious beliefs is one of the basic skills of teachers in ethnic minority areas, especially class teachers. Han teachers should learn from ethnic minority teachers with an open mind and actively participate in various activities and festivals held by local ethnic minorities. Familiarize yourself with the customs of different ethnic groups through a variety of channels and learn to integrate into their lives.

Learning some simple minority languages lays the foundation for establishing a good teacher-student relationship and better communication with the parents of ethnic minority students.

2. Comprehensively understand and study students, starting with "love students".

Understanding and researching students and establishing a good teacher-student relationship is an important part of the work of the entire class teacher, but to achieve this, we should start from "loving students". If there is no "love" between teachers and students, it can be said that there is no education. Only by pouring the passionate feelings of love for education and love for students into students, educating talents is not an empty word.

There are so many students in one class. Each student has a different personality and develops differently. When you first take over a shift, you have to do the work carefully.

First of all: (1) Get to know the students as soon as possible, and fully understand which cottage and which village the students in the class come from. Are they left-behind children and what is their family status?
