1) Where the implementation of safety and quality permits, health registration, or other goods that need to be approved and reviewed, relevant certificates shall be provided.
2) The quality inspection should also provide foreign quality certificates or quality assurance certificates, product instruction manuals and relevant standards and technical information; If the transaction is made on the basis of samples, the transaction samples must be attached; If the settlement is based on grade or metric price, the weight appraisal shall be applied at the same time.
3) When applying for inspection of imported waste, the "Approval Certificate for Imported Waste" issued by the State Environmental Protection Department and the pre-shipment inspection certificate issued by an accredited inspection agency shall also be provided.
4) The application for damage appraisal shall also provide the relevant documents proving the damage to the goods, such as the tally damage form, railway business records, air accident records or maritime reports.
5) The application for weight (number) appraisal should also be submitted for the weight list, tally list, etc.
6) If the goods are accepted by the receiving and consuming departments or tested by other units, the acceptance report or test results and weight list shall be attached.
7) International travelers entering the country should fill in the entry quarantine declaration card.
8) Animals and plants and their products entering the country must provide the official quarantine certificate of the exporting country or region while providing the first contract, invoice and certificate of origin; If it is necessary to go through the entry quarantine examination and approval procedures, the entry animal and plant quarantine permit shall also be provided.
9) When applying for inspection of animals and plants in transit and their products, the waybill and the quarantine certificate issued by the official of the exporting country or region shall be held; When transporting animals across the border, a transit permit for animals and plants issued by the State Inspection and Quarantine Bureau shall also be submitted.
10) When applying for inspection of inbound means of transport and containers, quarantine certificates shall be provided and the health status of relevant personnel shall be declared.
11) Inbound passengers and transportation employees carrying companion animals shall provide the entry animal quarantine certificate and vaccination certificate.
12) For the import of prohibited items due to special needs such as scientific research, the certificate of license approval issued by the State Inspection and Quarantine Bureau must be provided.
