Quality customer complaint processing engineer. This is a unit that directly coordinates, explains, and processes with the business side and the client. Including system file control, 8D reply to customer complaints, program document formulation, etc.

Total quality management. It is a new management concept, and it is a new concept that deepens quality into the fields of cost and delivery. On the basis of the original, more fields have been required, so as to improve the reputation of the enterprise and more comprehensively control the quality.
