I think that the existence of Hell in Heaven is the position of all religions to punish evil and promote good, karma, and fairness and justice. We will find that in real life, there is no real fairness and justice at all, and there is no unified standard for good and evil. Especially in today's Chinese society, everyone can see it very clearly.
So, I think people need faith in Hellfire to restrain their sins and encourage themselves to do good. As for this, ordinary religious believers have a very deep feeling, and these seemingly ethereal things in the eyes of others do have great binding force and motivation in the eyes of a believer. This is also what we often say that religion has more constraints than law and society, and gives people a pursuit that transcends the mundane and material.
On the one hand, it is to stop evil, on the other hand, it is to promote good, coupled with the two worldly constraints of morality and law, a person's moral cultivation will not completely follow the indulgence of selfish desires.

Hell is to frighten those who have the intention to do bad things in the world, and for those who are vulnerable, the people who are destroyed and oppressed, the world is already hell. It's like ghostism. People are afraid of ghosts, but are ghosts scary or people scary?
A ghost is a dead person, and a man is a living ghost. Animals in human skins are now all over the society, but the news network is singing the praises of society as good as heaven every day. Are we in heaven or hell?

Even with our naked eyes, can't you see that there is a hell on earth? Not to mention the Buddha's five eyes and six paths.

I haven't seen it, but I believe it's true. I also hope that you can believe that in this way you will have a good heart and not do bad things, which is very beneficial to people and society.

Hell is created in the mind, and this does not mean that hell is in the heart. But in reality, you have to ask me why I didn't find out that hell is there? In fact, hell is in the immediate thought.
-
It depends on whether you have experienced the disaster of the river or the sea, and some things depend on the experience and encounter. If someone says there is, you'll definitely say how I haven't seen it; When someone says no, you might also say why would someone say yes?

In fact, there is a very important difference between Buddhism and theism, that is, theism is that God decides everything, while Buddhism says that karma determines everything. The best outcome of theism is that you can go to heaven, and Buddhism tells you that you can become a Buddha, and everyone can become a Buddha, an enlightened being.
Your destiny is in your hands. The problem you have to face is that you are your own master. You are free, and your karma determines everything. A Buddha cannot become a Buddha for you, you have to be responsible for yourself. A Buddha can't push you to hell, which is created by your own karma.
Yes, so both Buddhists and non-Buddhists can go to heaven, as long as he has good karma. Both Buddhists and non-Buddhists can go to hell as long as they have bad karma.
So why do you have to go to hell if you slander the Buddha? Because to slander the Buddha is to deny the Dharma. The Dharma is the most complete truth in the whole world, and all sentient beings have a wrong view of this world until they become Buddhas.
It is precisely because of these wrong perceptions that lead to wrong practices that we suffer. If you slander the Buddha, you can't hear it, you don't believe in the most perfect truth, and many people will suffer a lot for a long time.
When the Buddha was born, there were many, many people who slandered the Buddha, and one of them did a very serious thing, and that was King Ajata. Together with Devadatta, he planned the assassination of the Buddha with a drunken elephant. Even so, the Buddha did not hate King Ajata and Devasatta.
The Buddha's bodhichitta allowed him to give equal compassion to all sentient beings. Devasatta went to hell unrepentantly and for the five infernal sins, but the Buddha still sent messengers to care for his suffering. King Ajata later repented sincerely and made many merits, and the final result was that he was reborn in the Elysian World.
This shows that after slandering the Buddha, it is your bad karma that causes you to go to hell, and the Buddha does not change his compassion for you. After you have purified your karma, you can be completely liberated.
Therefore, don't be superstitious when you believe in Buddhism, the most important thing is to believe in cause and effect.
The main reason why you have this problem is that you don't know the Dharma thoroughly enough, and you don't have a clear understanding of the Dharma. I suggest you listen to Gen-la Jingkong's Understanding Buddhism, the recording of Lamrim by Venerable Everyday Venerable, and Dzongsar Rinpoche's True Views. Hope it helps.

The first question to ask is whether there is hell? Where is hell? Is there hell at all?
From the teachings of the Buddha, we understand that hell does not exist in the first place, but it is only the perception of our karma, because all dharmas are cause and effect, and the existence of hell is the cause of your planting of hell. It's like our earth, because we need this planet to exist on this planet. So hell does exist.
No one threatens you, no one forces you, but you plant the cause, which is the seed.
So where is hell? Generally speaking, hell is not in this earth, but in another dimension, because we are ordinary people, and with the current science, we can't break through the three-dimensional, so only those who have gone there because of it themselves can perceive it or the great cultivators can also go there with supernatural powers.
In the end, it can be concluded that slander the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The compassion of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will never push you down, but it will lead to this result when you block the path of enlightenment for many people. Therefore, it is said that "there is no door to hell, but man calls himself".
To believe in Buddhism, we need to understand what a Buddha is? Who is a Buddha? What is the purpose of believing in Buddhism?
Enlightened beings can be called Buddha, Buddha does not refer to a certain person nor only refers to Shakya Buddha, there is no such word "Buddha", this word is created by later generations, this word means "enlightenment" to realize where you come from and where you will end up, to put it bluntly, it is to see the universe and life clearly, so to believe in Buddha is to believe in enlightenment. Who is enlightened? Your own enlightenment is not someone else's, and other people's enlightenment has nothing to do with you.
Shakyamuni Buddha said that the method of enlightenment is called Buddhism, how to do it is your business, no one forces you to believe in Buddhism, enlightenment or not is your own business, it has nothing to do with anyone, let alone blame anyone...
-
That's because you don't know the Dharma well enough.
It doesn't mean that slandering the Buddha will lead to hell. You slander anybody, it's karma. Not to mention the Buddha?
If you slander the Buddha, you will naturally not believe in the Dharma. It doesn't matter if you don't believe in the Dharma, that's your personal business.
But you are not alone in this world of Yamafuti, and you will unconsciously affect other beings. Do you understand?
Hell doesn't mean that a hell has been created there a long time ago waiting for sentient beings to suffer, but hell is created by the mind, and all laws are created by the mind. )

1 Because all religions are operated by people, they will add various opinions of people, and it is understandable that there are irrationalities.
2 Hell is also a kind of preaching, of course, it is also a warning to people, just as students will go to different universities depending on their level of study, and it is also a natural choice to go to hell or heaven.
3 All life is made by God (higher beings), and to believe in God is to be pious, and it is of course wrong to slander, so warnings are also reasonable, otherwise it will be chaotic.
4 What cannot be controlled, and what is free is the good wish of all kinds of life. However, the lower beings have to follow the rules, and the Buddha also has to follow the rules, and the highest wisdom is not to do what you want, but also to be self-disciplined and self-respecting.
5 You can't say anything about being threatened, because you can choose not to believe, but whether you believe it or not, the laws and laws will work.
-
Not to mention that slandering Buddhism means going to hell because people believe in Buddhism and want to practice, but you hinder their practice, artificially create obstacles, and bring doubts to the practitioners, which is also sinful karma.
-
The word denigration is inherently derogatory, and it is recognized as slander, so what other words are there to express one's correctness?
-
Religion is like a political party, if you maliciously try to slander the ruling party, then what will be the result for you?

Of all the felonies, killing is the worst. Abortion is also killing.
The so-called hell in Buddhism is not created by Buddha or demon, but by the seeds of cause and effect in one's own alayya. When you still have good seeds and good retribution, good retribution will alleviate evil retribution, such as you can have an umbrella under the sun, you don't have to be exposed to the sun, you can drink water when you're thirsty, and you don't have to have a dry mouth.
But when your good retribution is exhausted and the seeds of evil are still there, people will endure the evil retribution, that is, in hell.
The terrible retribution of hell lies in the evil deeds of our wickedness.
The amount of hellish retribution depends on the number of evil deeds we do.
Even if the Buddhist scriptures describe such a miserable and painful hell, and there are still people who do all kinds of evil deeds, who can blame them?

The Buddha is in the heart, and the hell that the Buddha said is also in the heart.
I am a Buddhist, and I only represent us Buddhists, and I dare not say the righteousness of other religions without authorization First of all, the owner of the building knows that Buddhism is not like other religions that think that we human beings and all things are created by whom, Buddhism believes that things are "the harmony of all fates", that is, there must be many conditions to make all things; Other religions believe that God is the supreme leader of the universe or the only master, but Buddhism believes that any of us' misfortune and good fortune are our own good and evil to determine our own destiny, that is, we are our own destiny, now some tourist temples because of the intervention of the tourism bureau in order to make money, deliberately looking for a fortune teller wearing monk clothes for economic benefits, the landlord understands that I don't say much, Buddhism is not a belief in fate, you can learn about Buddhism on the Internet; The practice of Buddhism is based on meditation to calm the mind, that is, the religion of cultivating the mind, unlike other religions that worship God, we regard the Buddha as a teacher rather than as a "master" or something; Buddha is the transliteration of the Indian language, there is no word Buddha, translated into Chinese characters for the enlightened, that is, the enlightened person, we think that the Buddha is the person who knows the truth, so we learn from him, unlike other religions that the truth is fixed on the Lord, he teaches that God is supreme, but Buddhism believes that all living beings are equal, anyone who realizes the truth is a Buddha, the difference between us and the Buddha is that we are awakened and unconscious, we worship the Buddha is to respect the teacher, not to worship the gods; The introduction of Buddhism into China is greatly influenced by the local beliefs, and now people regard the Buddha as a god and regard the gods and the Jade Emperor and Queen Mother of China as gods, this is because Buddhism was introduced in the Han Dynasty, and people at that time used the local ideas to understand the Buddhist scriptures and Buddha, so the development of Buddhism has become a religion in people's minds; It is very true that the Buddha did not allow us to worship gods and divination in his precepts; The Buddhist scriptures have said some things about the gods, but they are all to pave the way for us to practice the inner way, and finally tell you that Buddhism admits that there are gods in the world, and we humans and animals exist the same, we can't just say that they don't have because we just can't see it, just like we can't see the huge universe and say that the universe doesn't have it, but the important thing is that Buddhism only regards God as one of the difficult brothers, although he is very capable, but he is still controlled by desire, so he still has to learn from the Buddha and our teacher
I would like to try to return to the original meaning of the word, and perhaps there will be some new discoveries closer to the truth. To repair is to correct and prune. Personally, I think it should be a person's behavior, which can reflect people's cultivation and morality. >>>More
