Harbin Mu passenger dedicated line is a railway passenger dedicated line under construction in Heilongjiang Province from Harbin City to Mudanjiang City, the line starts from Harbin City, ends in Mudanjiang City, the design speed is 250 kilometers per hour, the total length of kilometers, along the line there are a total of 10 stations in Xinxiangfang North, Acheng North, Maoer Shanxi, Shangzhi South, Yimian Pobei, Weihe West, Yabuli West, Hengdao Hezi East, Hailin North, Mudanjiang 10 stations, Mudanjiang West Station. After the completion of the special line, the railway running time from Harbin to Mudanjiang will be shortened to more than one hour. In February 2014, the proposal for the Harbin passenger dedicated line project was approved by the state.
Construction officially started on December 15. On November 5, 2014, one of the 64 key projects that the country determined to start construction in 2014 - the feasibility study report of the new Harbin passenger special project was officially approved by the state. According to reports, it is one of the largest single investment projects in Heilongjiang Province since the founding of the People's Republic of China.

On March 7, 2006, the Ministry of Railways and Heilongjiang Province signed the "Minutes of Talks on Accelerating the Construction of Railways in Heilongjiang Province", and determined that the construction of the intercity railway between Harbin and Qiqihar will be started during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period.
In October 2007, the design bidding and financing were launched in the early stage.
In March 2008, the expert group of Hardaqi intercity railway project went to Daqing City for investigation.
In April 2008, one-third of the preliminary work was completed, and it was upgraded to the Hardaqi Passenger Line in the minutes of the talks between Heilongjiang Province and the Ministry of Railways.
In October 2008, the expert group of the Harbin-Daqi intercity railway project visited Qiqihar City and Zhaodong City for investigation.
In November 2008, the landmark survey began.

The project started on July 5, 2009.
In July 2009, the feasibility study report of Haqi passenger dedicated line was officially approved by the state.
On July 5, 2009, the construction officially started.
In June 2012, the Ministry of Environmental Protection decided to order the construction of the Haqi Passenger Line Project to stop construction and to submit the environmental impact assessment documents for approval before August 1, 2012. Before the supplementary approval documents are approved, the construction shall not be resumed without authorization.
On September 22, 2014, the track-laying work of 540 kilometers of the line was completed.
From May 21, 2015 to July 3, 2015, the whole line was linked.
From July 4, 2015 to August 15, 2015, the trial run.
On July 30, 2015, "Haqi Passenger Dedicated" was renamed "Haqi High-speed Railway".
On August 17, 2015, it was officially opened to traffic and put into use.
