If the hukou has reached or exceeded the statutory retirement age at the time of the hukou migration, there are two situations that need to be noted: first, when the hukou is migrated, the retirement procedures have been completed in the original place of hukou and the local pension insurance treatment and employee medical insurance treatment are enjoyed, then the hukou migration will not affect the social security; Second, if the person has gone through the retirement procedures in the original place of household registration and enjoys the local pension insurance treatment and non-employee medical insurance treatment (such as resident medical treatment), the migration of household registration will not affect the pension treatment, but may affect the resident medical insurance (because the resident medical care and the middle-aged and elderly pension of the employee belong to different types of social insurance, and in some areas, the party is not allowed to participate in the medical treatment of the relocated place again on the grounds that the party enjoys the employee pension in other places); Third, according to the payment of the insured, the original place of household registration or the place of new household registration can be determined as the place where the pension insurance benefits are received by the person (generally the place of residence where the cumulative payment reaches 10 years or more or the place of household registration where the social security relationship has been established before reaching the statutory retirement age), there is no impact.

Otherwise, it is recommended that the parties continue to pay the premiums in the original place of household registration, and when it can be determined that a certain place can be used as the place to receive pension insurance benefits (or when they have handled the pension insurance benefits), in combination with the medical insurance policy provisions mentioned above, if necessary, they can then apply for household registration transfer. In order to avoid affecting the social insurance benefits of the parties and causing unnecessary troubles.
