The importance of encouragement for a child's development.

This shows how important encouragement is to educating children. But unfortunately, in life, parents and teachers often do not pay attention to encouragement, they are more concerned about how to "deal with" children's non-"standardized" behavior, and do not consider what kind of mentality the child's behavior shows and how to "deal with" the reasons for these non-"standardized" behaviors. This kind of inappropriate approach is often the reason for the failure of the encouragement method.

Children who do not have self-confidence will easily give up any effort, show that they are useless, and sometimes deliberately do things that go against the grain, because they think that they are incompetent, unable to make any meaningful contributions, and worthless, so it is better to do something annoying and specific to get the attention of others. Teachers reprimand children indiscriminately and casually are the most likely to dampen children's self-esteem and self-confidence.

Encouragement is an ongoing process, and the main purpose of this process is to give the child a sense of self-satisfaction, that is, self-esteem and success.

Learning to encourage students at the right time is not an easy task, and every teacher should carefully study and think about how to encourage students and develop the habit of frequent reflection. The most important thing to discover effective ways to encourage students is to get to know them in depth. Every student is different, which determines that our approach is also different, which requires us teachers to take the time to find this difference.

Encourage students to build their self-confidence, so that students have a correct understanding of themselves, instead of doubting themselves all the time, doubting their own ability and value.
