Methods that utilize boiler water treatment.
Water treatment in the boiler has the following characteristics:
1. The most basic water treatment method is the boiler dosing treatment method, which is the supplement and continuation of the chemical water treatment outside the pot. There may also be residual hardness after the water treatment outside the pot, in order to prevent boiler corrosion and scaling, you can still add a certain amount of water treatment agent.
2. The boiler dosing treatment method has no pollution to the environment, unlike ion exchange and other water treatment methods, how many impurities are disposed of in natural water, how many impurities are discharged after regeneration, and a large number of remaining regenerated products and regeneration agents are discharged. The method of adding medicine in the pot is to turn the main impurities in the water into insoluble sludge, which will not cause pollution to nature.
3. Boiler water treatment can not completely prevent the formation of scale in the boiler, especially the generated mud, which is easy to form secondary scale in the timely discharge of pollution.
4. The formula used in the pure method of dosing in the boiler needs to match the quality of the feed water, and is generally not suitable for high hardness water quality.
5. Boiler water treatment does not require complex equipment, so the cost is low, the investment is small, and the operation is convenient.
2. Commonly used chemical formulas for water treatment in boilers.
1. "Three sodiums and one glue" method.
The "three sodium and one glue" method refers to trisodium phosphate, carbonated pot, hydroxide pot and tannin gum. This method has a complete set of methods and theories for use in China's railway system, which is well managed and has a high anti-scale rate.
2. "Four sodium" method.
The "tetrasodium" method refers to trisodium phosphate, carbonic acid pot, hydroxide pot and humic acid pot, and the effect of this method is better than that of three sodium and one gelatinous method, which is suitable for various water quality.
3. Soda ash method.
This method is mainly to put soda ash (Na2C03) into the pot, although the soda ash can be decomposed into part of the sodium hydroxide under a certain pressure, but for the complex composition of the feed water, can not answer the satisfactory effect.
4. Soda ash - sodium humate method.
This method is more effective than the soda ash and quercus gum method, mainly because the water treatment effect of tannin gum is not as good as the water treatment effect of sodium humate.
5. Organic polyphosphate organic polyester and soda ash method.
This method is a scale inhibitor formulation that has only been developed in recent years, and the effect is better.
6. Soda ash and oak gum method.
Due to the results of the joint cooperation of tannin gum and soda ash, the effect is better than that of soda ash alone.
7. Organic polyphosphate, organic polyabutate, sodium humate and soda ash method.
The soda ash in this method not only has a good anti-scale effect, but also provides good scale inhibition conditions for organic polyester and organic polyphosphate, and humic acid is a good mud and scale mediator, and the effect is more ideal.
-
1. Add dilute hydrochloric acid and corrosion inhibitor to clean.
2. Boil the oven for 3-6 hours.
3. Install silicon phosphorus crystals for water treatment in the inlet water.

Boiler descaler Boiler cleaner.
This product is a green and environmentally friendly high-tech product developed for the use characteristics of the boiler, without any corrosion to the boiler parts, and the boiler can be used directly after cleaning without any residue.
How to use: (take ton boiler as an example).
1. Open the boiler water inlet;
2. Add 1 bag (10 kg) of this product to the boiler;
3. Fill the water to the highest water level and wait for 2 hours to make the descaler solution fully react with the scale;
4. Open the drain and drain the cleaning liquid;
5. Inject clean water and rinse again, and the cleaning and descaling work is completed.
2. Heat the water to about 40 degrees to descale, the effect is better.
Compared with coal-fired steam boilers, coal-fired boilers are more cost-effective. >>>More
