I feel a little sad when I read some of the various Buddhist forum posts.
First of all, I declare that this post is not a criticism of any Buddhist friend, but just an expression of my own opinion, and it is likely to be incorrect.
The five vehicles mentioned by the Buddha (the human vehicle, the heavenly vehicle, the shravaka vehicle, the karma vehicle, and the bodhisattva vehicle) clearly show that the experience required for general cultivation (the upper and lower sapiens do not dare to talk about it) is just for us ordinary people, we must first be good people. To be a human being, you must first be self-reliant, but as soon as you learn Buddhism, you have not done a good job, so you will bring the usual greed and dependence. It seems that if you let go of life and give a little, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas should bless themselves more.
Self-help and then God's help, this is the unchanging truth, and the same is true of the principle of cause and effect. (It's not that the senior brother who wrote the induction is not, it's just that the senior brother who reads these posts may have a bad starting point.) Because the place is not true, the fruit is distorted.
There are even more people who blame the Buddha and Bodhisattva for not feeling it, which is really laughable. Therefore, the senior brother who reads the induction post should be more diligent and be a good person, instead of holding the induction every day. )
In addition, the study of Buddhism is the achievement of wisdom and merit. I rarely see any discussion of the wisdom of the Dharma in the major Buddhist forums. Most of the people who recite the Buddha only count and recite the Buddha, and their delusions are constantly in their minds when they recite it.
Needless to say, it is impossible to reach the general trend to the Bodhisattva "all take six roots, and pure thoughts are one after another", nor can it reach the Guanyin Bodhisattva's "two phases of movement and static, and it is clear that it is not born". And just how long I have been reciting the Buddha is complacent. We should use our wisdom and mind to reflect on our own practice against the righteous scriptures.
Otherwise, what is the difference between just counting and chanting the Buddha? (This is not to criticize the chanting of the Buddha as bad, but to fail to do it further.) The last school is also repentant here).
For the Lengyan Sutra, everyone knows that it is the Lengyan of enlightenment, but the "Seven Signs" and "Eight Distinctions" are rarely discussed, and the twenty-five cultivation methods are not discussed much, and more importantly, the five yin liberation that must be passed through in the practice process is rarely paid attention to (however, the five yin liberation has become a magic weapon for everyone to check whether others are demons, and it is necessary to know that the rights and wrongs of others are ultimately other people's business. That's why I've seen on a lot of forums that when I mention Lengyan, it's not about how Lengyan instructs the true heart, what methods are used to facilitate enlightenment, and what process it goes through in the process of enlightenment, but more about how the Lengyan mantra is. The mantra is good, but the Buddha is telling Ananda the cause of their fundamental confusion and how to liberate them at more length in this sutra.
If you don't understand this reason, it's very difficult to get free. (In this paragraph, it is not that it is bad to recite the mantra, but we are paranoid). We don't look at the sutras with wisdom, but we dwell too much on their benefits.
The end of the school is not intended to cause any disputes, but it is just his own opinion. Please also correct the good knowledge.

Why are Buddhists more wise? Sanskrit Prajna, Chinese is wisdom. It is said that according to all the Dharmas, it is impossible to attain it, but it is possible to attain everything without hindrance, and to give all kinds of speeches to all sentient beings.
A person who truly learns Buddhism will become wiser and wiser as he establishes true faith and continues to deepen the Dharma. Of course, this wisdom is not learned from outside, but from within. If it is learned, it can only be said to be smart.
This wisdom is called "worldly wisdom and discernment" in Buddhism, which is one of the eight difficulties. The wisdom of the world is that people in the world rely on their cleverness and refuse to practice with an open mind, and even slander the Dharma. Therefore, wisdom is internal.
The Sanskrit word for wisdom in Buddhism is Prajna.
Why is it that people who study Buddhism are wiser than people who do not study Buddhism, or who study other religions and are not Buddhists?
For example, those who study Confucius and Mencius, (note: this does not mean to belittle Confucianism) such as in "Mencius's Confession to the Son": "Therefore, when the heavens descend on the people, they must first suffer their minds, strain their muscles and bones, starve their bodies and skins, empty their bodies, and act chaotically, so they are tempted to endure and benefit what they cannot."
Let's see if there is a master in this sentence, and this master is "heaven", that is, "God", but the name is different. Since there is a master, it means believing in God, believing in God, believing that God is the master of everything. You, the emperor, are the mandate of heaven, and you can't object to the fact that this is the mandate of heaven.
If we believe in God, you may not dare to oppose it, but Buddhism says that there is no such thing, and all destiny is in your own hands. The theory of Buddhism is that the karma of one's own creation is oneself and is oneself suffered. And there is no God who calls the shots.
God is not the Lord in Buddhism. You made yourself to be an emperor, and you made yourself to be a beggar.
As for the question of the sovereignty of fate, to cite just one example, it can be seen that those who study Buddhism are wiser than those who are not students of Buddhism.

Perception of famous sentences from Buddhist scriptures.
Written by Huang Bizeng.
In recent years, the author has carried out some simple study of Buddhist theories, from which I have gained a lot of inspiration, including the Buddhist scripture sentence "color is emptiness, emptiness is color", and now I will communicate with you.
Color is emptiness, emptiness is color" this sutra sentence, I believe everyone has heard of it, maybe everyone has their own understanding of this scripture, in fact, "color is emptiness, emptiness is color" from the "Mahaprajnaparamita Heart Sutra", the original four sentences: color is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different color, color is emptiness, emptiness is color. This is an important idea of Buddhism, simply put, "color" refers to all things that can be seen or cannot be seen, and these phenomena are illusions produced by people's illusions.
"Emptiness" is the various factors and causes that produce phenomena, and is the essence of things. For example, in order for an article to be presented in front of readers, it first needs people's thoughts, pen and paper, and media tools, and cannot be established alone, to put it bluntly, the appearance of an article is "color", and the causes that produce this "color", such as people's thoughts, paper, etc., are "empty", if people do not want to write articles, or do not have paper and pencil and other "emptiness", they will not produce the "color" of the article.
From the Buddhist scripture sentence "color is emptiness, emptiness is color", I understood the life principle of "existence is nothingness, and nothing is existence". "Being" and "nothingness" are opposites and unity, and they can be transformed into each other under certain conditions. For example:
Workers, when they have work to do, they must think of the time when there is no work to do (there is nothing), so that they will save economic expenses, pay attention to the accumulation of funds, once there is really no work to do, they still have accumulated funds available (no is there). This requires people to have a sense of distress, cherish job opportunities, and learn to manage money scientifically, so as to better avoid the occurrence of family economic crisis. In the same way, when students are studying in school, they usually have teachers to solve problems, guidance, textbooks to study, and materials to consult, but at this time, they should think of exams, there is no teacher guidance, no textbooks to read, and no information to check (yes or no).
Students should cherish their precious study time, be diligent in accumulating cultural knowledge, and develop strong scientific skills, so that when it comes to the exam, they can cope with it without the help of teachers, textbooks, and materials, and make answers (none is yes), and get good results in the exam.
There is nothing, nothing is nothing" emphasizes that people should cherish everything they have, grasp the opportunity, plan for the future, and create a better tomorrow in life, which is my perception of the Buddhist scripture of "color is emptiness, emptiness is color".

Buddha is not ethereal, poor and lonely, but a vibrant, healthy and lively state of life. Buddha is not only a religion, but also a philosophy, an attitude to life, and a law of life. Buddhism, with its universal feelings for all sentient beings, with its compassion, tolerance, and fraternity, pays attention to all aspects of real life.
The bits and pieces of how to build a happy life are everywhere in the Mahayana and Hinayana Buddhist scriptures from ancient times to the present. "Don't be shocked by the humiliation, watch the flowers bloom and fall in front of the court; Go and stay unintentionally, wandering with the clouds outside the sky. "When you have a clear heart of Buddhism and look at the colorful world with a pair of clear eyes, you will suddenly discover:
It turns out that happiness has always been around us.

1 If you can't accomplish great things, use great methods to do small things; The kindness that emanates from the depths of the heart is a valuable asset, a silent and important force; How people perceive their destiny is more important than understanding what destiny is; Explain everything with good intentions, work without distractions, and be free from the troubles of the stubbles; There is no real darkness in the world, only obscure eyes.
2. To discover one's mistakes is to become enlightened; Correcting one's mistakes is achievement. When all mistakes are discovered, it is enlightenment; Correcting all mistakes is consummation. 2. Look at your own shortcomings more in order to correct your mistakes; Only by looking at the merits of others can we learn from the merits of others.
3. There is no perfection in the world, and if you think about it, it is perfect.
3 The poor man asked the Buddha, "Why am I so poor?" The Buddha said:
You haven't learned to give to others. The Poor: How Can I Give When I Have Nothing?
Buddha: A person who has nothing can also give seven things to others: Yan Shi:
Smile at things; Words of giving: words of praise and comfort; Xinshi: open your heart to be kind; Eye Shi:
Giving to others with a righteous eye; Giving by example: helping others with action; Seat giving: that is, humbly giving up the seat; Fang Shi:
Have a tolerant heart.
4. Life should do these things: there are always wins and losses in life, when the situation is good, don't get carried away and indulge yourself; When you lose momentum and adversity, you must not be passive and give up on yourself; The definition of success in life should be found by yourself, and don't get lost in other people's opinions.
5 The fourteenth most in life: the greatest enemy in life is oneself, the greatest failure is arrogance, the greatest ignorance is deception, the greatest sorrow is jealousy, the greatest mistake is self-abandonment, the most admirable is diligence, the greatest bankruptcy is despair, the greatest wealth is health, the greatest debt is love debt, the greatest gift is forgiveness, the greatest deficiency is epiphany, the greatest comfort is generosity, the most pitiful temperament is inferiority, and the greatest sin is self-deception.

At the end of learning to chant sutras, the understanding is different over and over again, which is incredible. I think that perception is not a level, but continuous improvement and improvement; Therefore, some of the high monks and great virtues in Buddhism have reached the fruit position of no learning, sighing at the rarity, and they are admired and admired, inspiring themselves to practice diligently and live a long life.
