Who is the first inheritance right of the second marriage
Hello dear, it is a pleasure to serve you <>
The first inheritance rights of the second marriage are the current spouse, parents and children, and the children include the children born to the decedent and the previous spouse, and the children born to the current spouse, as well as the original children of the current spouse who have formed a dependency relationship with the decedent.
According to Article 10 of China's Inheritance Law, the first order of heirs is: spouse, parents, and children. The children mentioned here include not only the legitimate children of the relatives, but also the children of the illegitimate Pi Luchong, the adopted children and the stepchildren who have formed a husband-dependent relationship; Similarly, parents include both biological parents and adoptive parents and dependent stepparents.
The person who suffers in the end without a license for the second marriage must be the one who pays the most, because there is no guarantee, and he pays a lot, but the other party does not know how to cherish it, and finally suffers.
When the woman first got married, she was still a sweet and romantic little girl who was addicted to love, fearless of her choices, and unscrupulous about her own decisions. And women who are married for the second time will no longer be as naïve as a little girl, they have experienced a relationship, a marriage, so they will not be as dazed and impulsive as when they first chose marriage, because they have been hurt once, and they are not willing to suffer this kind of injury, so for choosing again, they will be very careful to consider whether this man is worthy of entrusting the rest of their lives.
Second-married couples, I think mostly, are trying to get by. I want a home, and it's too lonely to live alone. Two people live together, and they are relatively happy. Be more considerate and understand each other, and life will be exceptionally good.
In the face of a woman who is married for the second time, if it is a mature man, he must face and accept this woman, and the most important thing is to accept this woman's children, accept her bits and pieces, and pay ten times more sweat than her own children, so that she is worthy of being a benevolent father, so that she can have good results and be recognized by a real family. The second marriage is not terrible. The terrible thing is that there is no good woman, as long as the man who can withstand the wind and waves is a happy man, and after the wind and rain, it is a rainbow.
