The tomb of Zhou Yu, also known as the tomb of Wu Mingjiang Zhou Gongjin, was known as the tomb of Zhou Lang in ancient times, located in Chenguang Community, Lucheng Town, Lujiang County, Hefei City, Anhui Province, covering an area of 8,648 square meters, and was built in the fifteenth year of Jian'an in the Eastern Han Dynasty (210 years). Zhou Yu
Zhou Yu (175-210), known as Gongjin, was a native of Shu County, Lujiang (now southwest of Lujiang County, Anhui). In the late Eastern Han Dynasty, he was a military strategist, a politician, a strategist, and a famous general of Eastern Wu. Born in Lujiang Zhou, the son of Luoyang Ling Zhou Yi, from the ancestor Zhou Jing, from his father Zhou Zhong, from the official to the captain, ranked as the third duke.
Zhou Yu is tall, handsome, and has a fine rhythm, and there was a saying at that time that "the song is wrong Zhou Langgu". Zhou Yu was born in a big family, his cousin Zhou Jing and cousin Zhou Zhong were both officials in the position of Taiwei of the Han Dynasty, and his father Zhou Yi was the commander of Luoyang. Zhou Yu himself is tall, handsome, and ambitious.
In the sixth year of Zhongping (189), when Sun Jianbing was fighting Dong Zhuo, he moved to Shu, and Sun Jian's eldest son Xingchun teased Sun Ce and Zhou Yu at the same age, both of whom were ambitious teenagers. The two have similar interests and have a good relationship. Zhou Yu gave up part of his family's residence to Sun Ce, and often helped him with financial resources.
Sun Ce's help from Zhou Yu made a big step forward in the relationship between Sun and the scholars.

The original site of Zhou Yu's tomb is located in Huikou Town, Susong County, Anqing City, Anhui Province, and was later relocated to Guishan, Susong County due to the collapse of Sangluozhou. In the Ming Dynasty, Xie Jin's research proved that the tomb of Zhou Yu was in Susong, Anqing, from the "Jizhou Zhou's Examination", "Kaoqi's mausoleum is in today's Anqing Susong", and "Wenyi Collection" has a poem saying "Anhui Water Qinglin Surrounds the Cemetery". Northern Song Dynasty Sima Guang's "Historical Records of the Five Dynasties" "Yu is buried in Susong, that is, the tomb is an ancestral hall, and the descendants live next to it, and there are dozens of families".
In the Ming Dynasty, Xie Jin's "Jizhou Zhou's Examination" "Kaoqi's mausoleum is in today's Anqing Susong", and "Wenyi Collection" has a poem that says "Anhui water and green forests surround the cemetery". In 208 AD, Zhou Yu and Cao Cao would hunt in Chibi, and the burning of Chibi eventually rewrote the history of China, and the Three Kingdoms were formed. In 210, Zhou Yu collapsed on the way to the west, leaving behind a series of unsolved mysteries.
Where is Zhou Yu's tomb?It seems to have become a mystery, the past has become a storm, and after the tree is gone, you can only hang the ancients on the ground. Zhou Yu is gone, and the hero is no more.
Check ancient books to prove the past. I stumbled upon that in fact, the original site of Zhou Yu's tomb is still there, but we neglected his location. The tomb of Zhou Yu is recorded in the ancient books as follows:
In the Ming Dynasty, Xie Jin's "Jizhou Zhou's Examination" "Kaoqi's mausoleum is in today's Anqing Susong", and "Wenyi Collection" has a poem that says "Anhui water and green forests surround the cemetery". According to the "Water Jing Note" clouds, Qinglin water, to seek the sun, through the thunder. According to my understanding, this Qinglin water is the thunder water system.
Ancient Xunyang is in the southwest of present-day Huangmei. It is very clear here that Zhou Yu's tomb is near the Qinglin Water in Susong. The specific location needs to be investigated and demonstrated.
Five dynasties, Xu Xuan, a beginner in the Song Dynasty, in the "Riding Province Collection", "The Epitaph and Preface of the Late Taijun Zhou Lady of Runan County" "Gongjin buried Shu Zhisusong, and there are more than 100 descendants of Sun Enshrined in the present". This is also a condition that other "Zhou Yu tombs" do not have, and there are descendants to sacrifice. Southern Tang Dynasty (Song Dynasty) Ma Ling Lu You "Southern Tang Dynasty Book - Zhou Ben Biography" Ouyang Xiu "New Five Dynasties History" "Yu burial Susong, that is, the tomb is an ancestral hall, and the descendants live next to it, there are dozens of families".
This point can overturn the hypothesis of Zhou Benli's tomb, if it was Zhou Benli's tomb, Zhou Ben's biography would not have been written like this. We can also find that in fact, there were descendants of Zhou Yu guarding his tomb before Zhou Ben. Otherwise, where would there be dozens of tombs to guard the tomb?
The ancient home is equivalent to today's house. It can be seen that there are many people guarding the tomb. This is also the only descendant of Zhou Yu recorded in the official history, and it is also the only historical book that clearly records the location of Zhou Yu's tomb.

2) According to the "Book of the Southern Tang Dynasty" written by Lu You, the tomb of Zhou Yu is located in Suzhou, "Yu is buried in Susong, that is, the tomb is an ancestral hall, and the descendants live next to it, and there are dozens of families." ”
3) According to the Ming Dynasty's "Unification Chronicles", "Zhou Yu's tomb is in Anfeng Township, Lujiang County". In 1422 A.D. (the seventh year of Ming orthodoxy), the imperial history of Peng Xuan, Lingzhi County ** Lan erected the inscription said:
The tomb of the famous general Zhou Gongjin". The Qing Dynasty's "Lujiang County Chronicles" also contains: "The tomb of Zhou Yu's wife Xiao Qiao, is a hundred steps west of the Zhenwu Temple outside the West Gate, and the tomb is commonly known as Yu Podun."
During the Qing Xianfeng period, the cemetery was destroyed. In 1926 and 1942, Zhou Yu's tomb was renovated twice.
In the spring of 1989, the Anhui Provincial Administration of Cultural Relics held a relevant expert demonstration meeting to conduct a comprehensive scientific demonstration of the tomb of Zhou Yu in Yueyang, Hunan, Xingan, Xingan, Lujiang, Chaoxian, Shucheng, Susong and other places in Anhui, and reached a consensus to confirm that the tomb of Zhou Yu in Lujiang County, Anhui Province is the place where Zhou Yu's head mound is. The tomb of Zhou Yu in Lujiang is 2 miles away from the east gate of the county seat, and its tomb is now relatively dilapidated: just a pile of loess, the original tomb is two meters high, the tomb door is to the east, and the tombstone is inscribed with "the tomb of Zhou Gongjin, a famous general of Wu". According to history, in 1942, Qin Zhenyuan, the commander of the 527th Regiment of the 176th Division of the Kuomintang Army stationed in Lujiang, stole and excavated Zhou Yu's tomb in the name of repairing the tomb.
After Qin Zhenyuan excavated the tomb, he also built a tomb into a platform, and asked someone to write a couplet engraved on the stone tomb, saying: "Red Cliff Exhibition, thirty merits, the public has been honored in the universe; Jiacheng sealed the horse, two thousand years later, I came to tree this rumor. "It's really thick-skinned.
According to the research of relevant comrades, in the village near the tomb of Zhou Yu in Lujiang, there are many tomb bricks on the short walls of several households, and the patterns on the bricks are clearly recognizable. Combined with the record of "Lujiang Shuren" in "Three Kingdoms: The Biography of Zhou Yu", it can be proved that the tomb of Zhou Yu in Lujiang may be true.

The tomb of Zhou Yu was looted three times during the Qing Dynasty, the Anti-Japanese War and the Cultural Revolution.
The sad and desolate landscape of Zhou Yu's tomb described in the poem has long since ceased to exist.
The largest looting in history took place in the autumn of 1942. At that time, Qin Zhenyuan, a native of Guangxi and the commander of the 526th Regiment of the 176th Division of the Kuomintang Gui Department Garrison Army, under the guise of "doing good" and "repairing tombs", used the whole regiment to drive away the people around Zhou Yu's tomb.
1. On the discovery of Cao Cao's tomb.
The cemetery is identified as the tomb of Cao Cao, which is related to two cultural relics stolen by tomb robbers. The location of the "Cao Cao Tomb" was originally a kiln site for soil extraction, which was excavated five or six meters deep and then abandoned, and some villagers planted crops in this way. At the end of 2005, when a villager was watering the ground, he found that there was a place where water was flowing downward, and after inspection, he found that there was a hole there, speculating that there might be an ancient tomb underneath; During the Spring Festival, someone found that the tomb had been stolen, and it was stolen one after another. >>>More
