2. How to change the printhead of the printer:

<>4. Remove a screw of the nozzle first, or you can not dismantle it, and leave it behind to disassemble it together, which does not affect.

5. Remove the data cable of the chip recognition panel on the side panel outside the cartridge compartment, so that it is convenient to take out the chip recognition panel.

<>6. After dismantling the data cable, use the hook to hold the back shrapnel and take out the chip identification panel, which requires experience and will not be disassembled.

Hold one side with a hook and then use the hook to lift the other side easily, some can be easily lifted by holding one side, if you can't lift it, you need to hold it up and lift it first.

<>7. After the chip identification panel is removed, you can see that there are two screws below, and if the screw is not removed in the front, it should be three, remove the screws.

8. After the screws are removed, you can lift the nozzle up, and there are two data cables connected after lifting it up, which is why the side panel inside was removed before, and then the data cable was removed.

9. After the data cable is removed, the printhead will be taken out, and then the new printer printhead can be replaced.

Step 1: Disassemble the printer.

1.Preparation: Push the front paper output tray into the machine body, remove the paper feed holder, and glue the transparent top cover with the white machine case with a transparent adhesive strip.

Tear off the blue adhesive strip at the junction of the upper case (white) and the blue base, taking care to expose the seam and not tear it off, as it will also be used when restoring the printer wheel.

2.Open the inner buckle card: At this time, you will see that there are two obvious inner buckle cards on the back of the printer, and change the cone with a small flat mouth.

Push them out of the way, and then push one of the two clips along the gap so that the clips on the back of the printer are all uncovered. Be careful to keep the exposed gaps for easier operation later!

3.Slide the small flat cone along the gap to the front of the printer, and a total of four inner buttons will be encountered on the left and right sides of the printer and the front, and open them in the same way. In this way, the printer cover is separated from the base!

4.Pinch the movable paper card of the paper feed and move it to the left (facing the printer) until you reach the notch. At this point, lift the lid up and easily remove it.

Step 2: Disassemble the printhead properly.

1.Remove the print head: After removing the upper cover of the printer, carefully observe the right side of the print head (facing the printer), you will find a clip, gently grasp the front compartment of the print head with one hand, and gently pry the clip with the other hand with a flat mouth small change cone, at this time, you will feel that the right side of the front compartment of the print head has moved outward a little.

Connect the print head to the cable, the cartridge monitoring chip cable (this cable requires a hemostat.)

A kind of tool clamping) pull out from the socket, slowly pull out the print head connection cable from the card slot of the electric barrier circuit board, then you can also see another clip on the left side of the print head under the white cable, and also use a small cone to pry the clip, then you can separate the front compartment and the rear compartment of the print head by hand, and the print head can already be removed from the track at this time.

However, we also need to take off the traction rack from the motor gear on the right side of the car: use a small flat mouth to change the taper obliquely between the upper part of the gear and the rack, move the rack to the right, and the rack and rack can be removed from the gear by the rotation of the gear!

2.Disassemble the print head: After removing the print head, as long as you grasp the front and back compartments of the print head with both hands, and force it horizontally in the opposite direction, you can easily disassemble the print head.

The split independent cartridge is generally the same as Epson at the bottom of the cartridge, and after removing the cartridge, you can remove it by unscrewing or loosening some screw buckles around the cart (after shutting down, first pull out the potato and drop the cable, such as 950). All-in-one machines, such as 1050 and 2328, are not detachable due to the fusion of the printhead and the cartridge, once broken, just replace a new cartridge on the card.

For example, the inside of the cartridge cannot be removed and there is no way to repair it.
