4) Graduated from a university with a bachelor's degree, and obtained a second bachelor's degree in this major or a similar major, and engaged in junior (teacher) professional and technical positions for no less than 4 years.

5) Obtain a master's degree or degree in this major or a similar major, and have been engaged in primary (teacher) professional and technical positions for no less than 3 years.

6) Obtain a doctoral degree or degree in the major or a similar major.

2 **Requirements:

Must submit no less than one professional academic ** published as the first author in a professional journal or no less than 2 professional academic ** published under the signature during the tenure. **It should reflect the work that the person has been engaged in during his or her tenure.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree, he has worked as a physician for at least 4 years, or after graduating from a junior college, he has worked as a physician for at least 6 years. The evaluation conditions for the title of chief physician are as follows:

2. Deputy senior title (deputy chief physician).

After graduating with a bachelor's degree or master's degree and obtaining an intermediate title, you can be rated as an associate chief physician if you pass all the conditions five years ago, and you can be rated as an associate chief physician (associate high) three years after graduating with a doctorate or intermediate title.

3. Senior professional title (chief physician).

The chief physician can be evaluated if the conditions are qualified five years after graduating from the associate senior professional title with a bachelor's degree or master's degree, and the chief physician can be evaluated three years after graduating with a doctorate degree and with the deputy senior professional title.
