3) The power plant of 200 MW and above is forced to stop operation for more than 24 hours;

4) The abnormal operation of the power plant equipment causes the power plant outgoing lines and direct wiring to stop operation, and causes the interruption of power supply to users;

5) The hydropower plant cannot store water normally, discharge floodwater or otherwise damage the reservoir due to damage to hydraulic equipment, hydraulic construction or other reasons.

In the event of a fire in the production equipment or factory building, the direct economic loss is more than 10,000 yuan but less than 300,000 yuan.
