1. Analysis of possible causes.

3. Due to serious overload, under the action of gravitational acceleration, the inertia of vehicle movement is increased, which directly leads to brake failure.

Second, the treatment method.

1. Control the direction according to the road conditions and speed, disengage the high-speed gear, and at the same time quickly blast the empty fuel and shift the high-speed gear into the low-speed gear. In this way, the engine will have a lot of traction resistance and the speed of the vehicle will be reduced rapidly. In addition, the handbrake should be used in conjunction with the low-speed gear shift, but it should be noted that the handbrake should not be tightened or pulled too slowly.

If it is pulled too tightly, it is easy to make the brake disc "lock", and it is likely to damage the transmission parts and lose the braking ability; If it is pulled too slowly, the brake disc will wear and ablate and lose its braking effect.

2. Use the bumper, carriage and other rigid parts of the car to rub and collide with natural obstacles (rocks, trees or soil slopes) on the side of the road to achieve the purpose of forcibly stopping and getting out of danger, and reduce the accident loss as much as possible.

3. If the brake fails when going uphill, it should be reduced to medium and low gear in time to maintain sufficient power to drive uphill to the top of the slope and stop. If you need to park on a half-slope, you should keep the forward low gear, tighten the hand brake, and the personnel with the vehicle should use stones, skids and other objects to jam the wheels in time. If there is a backward slippage, the rear of the car should face the hillside or the safety side, and the headlights and emergency lights should be turned on to attract the attention of the vehicles in front and behind.

4. When the downhill brake fails and the speed of the vehicle cannot be controlled by the mechanism of the vehicle itself, the driver should decisively use natural obstacles, such as rocks and trees on the side of the road, to cause resistance to the car. If you can't find a suitable terrain or object to use for a while, in an emergency, you can move one side of the car closer to the side of the mountain, and gradually reduce the speed of the vehicle by rubbing to increase the resistance.

5. The vehicle should step on the brakes when going down a long slope or a steep slope, regardless of whether there is a situation or not.
