Floor copyright web application. The Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that the Company may utilize the products or services owned and or available for purchase by the Company, which are necessary third-party licenses for the Company to design and develop web applications. These products may include, but are not limited to, server-side applications, clip art, "back-end" applications, commercial, or any other copyrighted work ("External Content") that the Company deems necessary to purchase to design and develop web applications on behalf of Customer.
The Customer further acknowledges and understands that any External Content used for the design and development of the Web Application owned by the Company and/or such third parties and cannot be transferred to the Customer and is hereby specifically not transferred to the Customer and will continue to be the property of the Company and/or such third parties. External Content is owned by or purchased by the Company and may be used for the design and other web applications developed separately from the Customer. Upon agreement between the Customer and the Company, upon full payment of the fees associated with the design and development of the Web Application, the Customer shall own its worldwide right, title and interest in the Web Application (including its sources** and documentation) ("Custom Programming").
Customer agrees with the Company that the Company shall retain a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and perpetual right and license to customize the Programming, including, but not limited to, the right to modify, modify, create derivative works from, rent, **, assign, lease, sublicense, assign or otherwise alter or customize the Programming. The Customer and the Company also agree that the design and development of the Web Application may include sources**, documentation and/or applications developed previously in writing or by the Company and modified to meet the specific requirements of the Customer (the "Code Content"). Customer will own all worldwide rights, title, and interest in the Content of the Terms, but shall provide Customer with a worldwide royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and perpetual right and license to use the Content (in full upon payment of the full amount of fees associated with the design and development of the Web Application).
The Company and its subcontractors reserve the right to display graphics and other web applications as design elements of the combined web application in their respective work situations.

The copyright of the web application is acknowledged by the customer, who understands and agrees that the company can purchase products or services under its own license or that of a third party, and that the company designs and develops the web application itself. Such products may include, but are not limited to, server-side programs, fragment art, back-end applications, images, or any other copyrighted works ("Content") that the Company deems necessary to purchase web applications designed and developed on behalf of the Customer. The Customer further acknowledges and understands that any external content used for the design and development of the Web Application is made by the Company and/or third parties and may not be transferred to the Customer, and is hereby specifically not transferred to the Customer, for the Company and/or property of third parties.
Outside of the content and or purchase of the company can be used to design or other ** applications for customers separately. The Customer and the Company agree to pay all fees associated with the design and development of the Web Application, and the Customer shall own a worldwide right, name and interest in and to the Web Application (including its Documentation and Documentation) (hereinafter referred to as "Custom Programming"). Customer and Company agree that Company will retain a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to the Custom Program, including, but not limited to, altering, modifying, creating derivative works from, renting, assigning, leasing, licensing, or otherwise altering or transferring the Custom Programming.
The Customer and the Company also agree that the Web Application may be designed and developed to contain sources, documents, and applications, previously written or modified by the Company to meet the Customer's special requirements ("Content"). Customer shall have all worldwide rights, titles, and interests.
