9) 15 years for special operation vehicles with cargo carrying function, and 30 years for special operation vehicles without cargo carrying function;
10) 10 years for full trailers and dangerous goods transport semi-trailers, 20 years for container semi-trailers, and 15 years for other semi-trailers;
11) 12 years for three-wheeled motorcycles and 13 years for other motorcycles.
For small and micro rental passenger cars (except pure electric vehicles) and motorcycles, the relevant departments of the people of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government may formulate regulations that are stricter than the above-mentioned service life in combination with the actual local situation, but small and micro rental passenger cars shall not be less than 6 years, three-wheeled motorcycles shall not be less than 10 years, and other motorcycles shall not be less than 11 years.
There is no service life limit for small and micro non-operating passenger vehicles, large non-operating cars, and wheeled special mechanical vehicles.
The starting date of the service life of the motor vehicle shall be calculated according to the date of registration, but if the registration procedures have not been completed for more than 2 years from the date of manufacture, it shall be calculated according to the date of manufacture.
