This world should refer to the three thousand worlds.
Manifestation is the state that is manifested in the eyes, embodied in the mind, the environment, space, and so on. Both: Both.
Practice: Life is a process of constantly improving one's consciousness, whether you are out of home or not, or belong to any other person, whether you are rich or poor, or so on. The opposite, the relative realm.
The realm of each other. For example, two people quarrel, or two people are in love. It takes two to tango.
Or live the world to which we relate. It's just relative.
All appearances in the world are the objects of practice: in the vernacular, they are sights, phenomena, including sensations, that can also be seen or felt. and everything that is outside of the body, inside of us, and what unfolds in our own hearts.
It's all about enlightening us and making us what we are. It's like someone accidentally hurting us. violated us.
It troubles us, sorrows, and glooms. In fact, if you think about it carefully, you can get angry and worry-free. It's all my own can't figure it out, I can't figure it out.
To be angry is to punish yourself for the mistakes of others. Thinking carefully and calmly, the people who can hurt us are also very unintelligent, reckless, and even pitiful... All the fluctuations are that we end up with very little fluctuations in our hearts, and in the end there are no fluctuations, and we are very sensitive to the perception of the outside world but are not immersed in it and are miserable.
It's just that there is no appearance, that is, all the aspects of this sentence are false.
As for children's Zen, it is convenient to practice.
There are four meditations and eight meditations.
Adults, especially those who have been heavily polluted by the world, are able to cultivate a childlike state like a 3-4-year-old child. The child's ideas are simple and there are no worries. Isn't it true that many people study Buddhism and cultivate the Tao to pursue enlightenment and freedom from suffering?
What is Bitterness? The troubles of others are suffering. What is happiness, one's own troubles are happiness.
For example, when you see so many stupid people, who are confused all day long, and who can see all this, see them struggling in hell, how can they not worry about it.
Knowing how to help others slowly get rid of their troubles, just slowly, slowly help them break through their confusion and become enlightened, free from suffering and happy, how can they not be happy?
In fact, bitterness and happiness are not so absolute. What realm you divide, you must first cut off your own troubles, and then help others to shorten your troubles.
To cut off one's own troubles is to be simple-minded. It is really wise to help others break that.
If a child has a good foundation, if he starts with a doll, he will be guided by the correct concept and let him practice at the right time. That's a remarkable achievement.
