4.The other two types of posts other than the main posts of public institutions should maintain a relatively reasonable structural ratio.
5.Promote the socialization of logistical services in public institutions, and gradually expand the coverage of socialized services. For general labor services that have already achieved socialized services, there will no longer be corresponding work-service skill positions.
