7. Check whether the switches of the distribution panel are placed in the opening position, and whether the indication of each instrument is in the zero position.

8. Start the air inlet and exhaust fan.

1. Manual test run.

Connect the oil circuit: The oil circuit here means that the oil inlet and oil return port in the diesel generator should be put into the fuel tank at the same time, such as the diesel just sent back, it must be static for a period of time to let the impurities precipitate, and at the same time, it should be noted that different types of diesel should be used in different seasons.

3. Turn on the starting power supply: generally 50 kilowatt diesel generator set below the power with 1 battery, the red line is connected to the positive pole, the black wire is connected to the negative pole, if two batteries are used, it needs to be connected in series and then connected to the positive and negative poles.

4. Connect the load line to the U, V, W, N lines at the rear of the motor, and 220V between the neutral line and any live wire. Note: Do not turn the load switch on directly. is closed.
