Scientist Li Siguang, a famous geologist in China, Li Siguang, has made great achievements in the field of geology, found a lot of mineral deposits for the motherland, and also made a huge contribution to the construction of our country. Li Siguang loves geology, and even more so stones, no matter when or where he sees a stone with research value, he will observe it carefully and think seriously. Even forgot to do something else.
Once on a Sunday, Li Siguang took his daughter Lingling to the effect area to play, the suburbs in spring are very beautiful, the wicker flutters in the breeze, the wheat seedlings smile in the breeze, the birds are chirping and singing, and the flowers on the hillside are like a layer of bright velvet carpet on the hill. After picking the flowers for a while, they finished the game of hide and seek, hiding one by one, and having a great time. It was Lingling's turn to hide again, she hid behind a big tree, waiting for her father to come and find her, but she waited for a long time, but she still didn't see her father coming, so she had to come out from behind the big tree to find her father.
Where's Daddy? Lingling searched for it, and suddenly saw a person by the stream, and she took a closer look, it turned out that her father was holding a magnifying glass, and he was engrossed in observing the stones. The stream splashed his trouser leg and he didn't even notice it.
Lingling looked at her grandfather's attentive appearance, and she couldn't bear to disturb him. Li Siguang is like this, as long as he observes the stone, he is fascinated and very devoted, so he can become a great scientist.

Hello everyone: Teachers and students, do you know who Galileo was? He was a well-known scientist who proposed a new conclusion that "two iron balls hit the ground at the same time", thus changing people's outdated thinking and nonsense.
So, he's the scientist I admire the most. Let's listen to his story.
In the past, people listened to the conclusions of the ancient Greek scientist Aristotle. But Galileo didn't think that "two iron balls of different weights, the heavier one will hit the ground first." This conclusion is correct.
So, he tried and tested and twisted to prove that he was right. Later, he went to the Eiffel Tower to conduct a public experiment and proved that "two iron balls hit the ground at the same time".
He makes me admire for three reasons:
The first is that he is very rigorous and serious about science and work. Because when he thought that this conclusion might be incorrect, he did not blindly conclude the conclusion, but repeated experiments before reaching a conclusion. And we often don't take it so seriously, and we just jump to conclusions, which makes a big mistake.
The second is because he has the spirit of holding on to the truth. Because he was spurned by others before he conducted an open experiment, he always believed in the truth, which made him successful. But among us, there are people who often act as "wall grasses", always relying on strong forces, so that the truth gradually disappears.
The third is because he has an innovative spirit. Because he had his own ideas under Aristotle's conclusions, which changed the views of the world. The spirit of innovation is often very important.
Because if people are always immersed in old ideas, they will form wrong ideas. And there are often people who come up with new ideas, change people's mistakes, and make people slowly progress.
I think we need to learn from Galileo's seriousness, insistence on truth and innovative spirit!
Thank you! That's my talk!

Teachers and students:
In the class, there are often some classmates who bully others. If someone else does something that doesn't go his way, it's a big deal, and he immediately yells at someone. He also slapped the table and said a string of swear words in his mouth. The classmates next to him dared to be angry and didn't dare to speak. Why, one word, I'm afraid! >>>More
